We arrived at the well, and we’re seated next to a big party for food and drinks. The party was too loud with a dj there and couldn’t hear each other talk. We asked to be moved and there was no problem with that. Upon arriving we were told that the pizza oven was not working and that put a real dampener on the mood. We were not informed before arrival and this was our main reason on coming here. We got 2 starters which were over priced for what we got, very little food and mediocre at best. We ended up having to order pasta which was pretty plain and not good quality food. On top of that the service was very bad and it seemed they cared more about the parties going on. Disappointing and expensive night. Wouldn’t recommend

We ordered 4 pizzas and they forgot one and got another one very wrong (asked specifically for vegetarian pizza and there was sausage on it) We barely got an apologise and one of the girl had to eat by herself as her pizza arrive 10 min after everybody else. Shame has it's a pretty place but there was a massive queue for an events the noise was very loud at 7pm.

I am a coeliac and opted for their gluten free pizza. It was not gluten free. I have been sick since I left the restaurant. Will never be back. They do not take allergies seriously

Had a booking for a group of 6 people (family celebration). The food was tasty, but that's where positives end. We waited more than 20 minutes before we could get someone's attention to order a drink, and had this problem with getting food menus, ordering another round of drinks, ordering dinner, dessert, asking for cutlery, getting the bill etc. One member of the group had to specifically ask a staff member each time. We had issues with drinks being incorrect and additional drinks being added to the bill that we did not order or consume. There was also a 10% service charge added to the bill, which I would have no problem with if we got the bare minimum service. Unfortunately we did not, and won't be back.

Very disappointed with this restaurant, service was so bad, they got order all wrong, food quality was so poor, it seemed like 3 of our pasta dishes were microwave heated, they even served flat prosecco, when we returned it, they put it back into the bottle and tried to re-serve it back to us again later, so so disappointed

Food was amazing but the service was very slow. we were seated for 10 minutes before even our drink order was taken. We went downstairs for a comedy gig....I cannot describe how bad the smell was....Awful and the state of the ladies toilets...disgusting!!

The service was extremely slow especially when it came to the drinks orders for our bottomless brunch. The food was some of the worst I’ve had. The taco bowl, which consisted of 80% cold scrambled egg, a small about of chilli beef and gauc that was grey instead of green. We moved the food slightly around the plate but honestly couldn’t stomach it. It was truly awful. I didn’t want to make a fuss so I didnt complain there. However the waitress did see how little was ate and never questioned was the food ok. Normally I wouldn’t write a negative review, however between the drink service been so slow and the food been so bad and zero atmosphere or ambience. I feel I had to write this review

Feels more like a bar/nightclub than a restaurant. Nice decor...kind of New York metro vibe. Staff are very friendly. The table was a bit sticky and it felt like the kind of place that young people go for a mad night out more than a family restaurant. The menu was limited but good - mostly Italian but with some Spanish touches like Crema Catalana on dessert menu. Food was really good...better than we thought it would be given the pub atmosphere, very generous portion of Caesar salad and the pizzas were very good. Bathroom sinks very decorative but the cubicles were shabby and don't look as if they've been maintained...peeling black paint on the wall. It could do with an overhaul.

Amazing cocktails (the most perfect cosmo), food just ok. Staff were great - really friendly and attentive. Great with recommendations also. Atmosphere picked up after a while ( we were booked in for 2.30) as we were there quite early and it felt somewhat dead initially. Would definitely go back....especially for a cocktail. Good value too.

Unfortunately it wasn't a great experience. Crack in glass and wasn't replaced when brought to teams attention. Several staff members never came back when we engagement with them. Ended up going to the bar a few times to get drinks as staff not around. One staff member at the end was lovely when we shared the experience while paying. Food was ok, place didn't seem very clean sadly (sticky tables etc). Bit of a let down but you can't win them all

We went here on Good Friday with our 3 kids! We all had pizza and was very enjoyable, the venue is casual and handy with kids. All staff were very helpful and friendly.

After meal I ordered cappuccino and it was brought after 20 min and 3 reminders. And before it was brought I got check with 2 cappuccinos included. Also better attention should be paid to cleanliness.

Great Bolognese at a reasonable price considering it's really shot up in several restaurants! Smashing Garlic Pizza Bread too and a solid drinks selection. I'll be back!

Nice place, food was really tasty and enjoyable atmosphere. Only real negative were the staff. Seemed pretty uninterested in doing their job (ie waiting tables). Having been given the desert menu, it was over 30 minutes before we were asked for our order by which time we had already decided to leave. Diners at others tables around us also seemed to be waiting long periods and looking around seeking service. A shame as the pasta courses we had were very tasty.

Took so long to get seated despite having a reservation that several people waiting in front of us left, as there was no one to be seen at the hostess desk. When finally seated, it took almost 20 minutes for someone to come to our table. Pizza, when we eventually got it, was delicious. Service continued to be abysmal throughout the experience even though there were several staff about.

Me and my wife went last night and I have to say we really enjoyed it the staff where amazing and very patient with me as I was waiting a while for my wife to arrive they served me drinks off the menu and had no problem doing it too we will be back !
