The Woollen Mills
We felt perfectly safe and well cared for It was a brunch with my kids and husband so we really appreciated the space outside and the obviously great safety standard yet we felt comfortable and dare I say it like normal
Great service 😋
We had a very pleasant evening with good food in a friendly atmosphere
Needless to say we had another great meal in The Woollen Mills.
Great service & very tasty food with a wide variety to choose from
Very happy to see all the extra measures they have gone to to ensure their customers safety and the safety of their staff.
Will definitely be back & I highly recommend it for lunch outside in the city centre.
Great outdoor seating area for all weathers, nice menu and attentive staff
I ordered a spinach, beetroot and goat cheese salad.
Basically I got 5 spinach leaves, and really small cheese in a plate full of beetroot.
Terrible place, avoid with all your forces.
As usual; great food quality but prices are still very high for the quantity and staff always not the friendliest .. something to work on to get a 5 stars !
Not an enjoyable experience , won’t be returning.
Really enjoyed lunch. Well worth the visit. .......
Staff very welcoming and friendly. Amazing food and local beer. Totally recommend!
Had a great time here. The balcony/outside area upstairs in perfect for social distancing. Staff always very helpful, friendly and professional.
Great dining experience and the COVID restrictions were very well managed. Staff were stellar, food was great. Highly recommend, particularly the outdoor area.
Great food, drinks, staff and interior. Consistently good. Love this place.
From begining to end we enjoyed our experience at The Woollen Mills.
It is very clear that they have put a massive effort into the care and protection of their customers and staff.
The food was superb.
The atmosphere was positive and the staff were helpful with menu recommendations & polite.
Would definitely recommend, we will be back.
Great service and wonderful food - quiet Monday afternoon, lovely time to visit
Great place for safe after covid19 dining.
Staff is wearing facemasks, place looks very clean. Food excellent, highly recommended!
It was great, just be aware when booking that the website shows pics of a balcony overlooking the liffey as being the outdoor seating - this is now the pizza restaurant The Yarn..if you want to sit outdoors (which many do right now) and have Woollen Mills food, you'll be sitting on the pavement outside. I wanted the balcony, so had pizza instead. The staff were lovely about me changing my mind. The website probably needs updating as it's a little misleading now.
Good experience, big portions, friendly staff wearing masks. Good separation between tables! #covidtimes
Food was lovely, more veggie options would be nice but staff were very friendly and felt Covid safe with the screens insidr
A huge disappointment I’m afraid to say, we both ordered sandwiches, both arrived burnt, one was replaced as requested but for €8.95 some added coleslaw on salad might have been nice. The restaurant was cold and didn’t feel that clean. I’d never go back
I really enjoyed your new menu. Staff seems to be very friendly and experienced.
Really nice ambience and the mussels are superb....
The food is very good but the attention so bad , I will never back
Reduced menu but still very good food and service.
The place is one of my fav restaurants in town, the food is fantastic and the staff just amazing people. Also, I like the coziness of the open areas during night. Although, I’d suggest to book in advance and ask for the menu at the weekend as it varies from time to time.
Besides that, totally recommended!
Staff were very helpful, food was delicious 👌🏼
Service was warm and friendly and the food was unreal!
Very easy to find and well located. Inside and outside eating. Clean and modern establishment and made to feel very welcome as soon as we walked in the door. Staff very helpful with menu choice and very attentive throughout the evening. Would highly recommend a visit.
Fantastic Irish food at a great price. Really good wine list and even through I was ordering by the glass they offered me a taste of each red so that I could choose my favourite. They also offer wine by the carafe which was great as we were drinking red and white!
Definitely going back and will bring my Vegetarian dad as they had a great veggie menu.
Very disapointing. The restaurant shows pictures of the place that are specifically for special ocasions. There is no view of the half penny bridge.
Enjoyed a nice family dinner of 8.
Everyone was happy. Great service!
I have been twice! Will go back again! Tasty food. Enjoyable
Looks cute but is highly overrated. Service is mediocre, the veggie burger tasted like earth. Very expensive for what it is. Would never go back.
Good choice on menu. Lovely atmosphere. Great service
We went there on valentines day, so a lot of people had ordered tables. We had a reservation for 9.00 p.m but did not get our table before 30 minutes later, and ended up bring done eating when the restaurant closed. So we could not stay after eating and chatting. It felt like we were being “kicked out” because they closed, so we had to hurry.
There were many things not acceptable with this meal for the price. For starters, we were not provided adequate steak knives meant for cutting, we were served wines in carafes when a bottle was ordered, the service staff disappeared at the end of the meal, and they seemed to segregate people by demographic. Next time, we will go to a higher rated resto for the same price.
Lovely ambience and food was amazing.
Staff member looking after our table was nice but got the impression we seemed like a hassle at times.
Added a 12.5% service charge to the bill when there was only two of us. We paid 135€ for two courses and no alcohol. Vegetarian option was literally a head of cauliflower. (Which I could buy in the shop for a euro) Food was nice but very expensive and definitely not worth it. Would not recommend.
