The service and the food were good. I was very disappointed with the attitude of the hostess. She directed us to an outdoor table although I clearly noted in the app I wanted to sit inside. When I advised I requested an indoor table she said that she asked where we wanted to sit when we walked in. I said that she did not. I said that was not true and she asked me if I wanted to talk to a manager. I said no just move me to an indoor table. I don’t like being accused of lying .

Ribeye is the best you’ll find in town at that price! Delicious! And the Moroccan coffee made the bday celebration something to remember. My fav every time.

Booked this for my husband’s birthday and the staff usually would do something special like a dessert or a little card. I took a cake and asked them to bring it and they brought a giant sharp knife and the cake in the box. Not even as courtesy they took it out of the box. I was hoping for a little more of a birthday surprise for my husband but nothing a simple lunch is fine but not for anything special I see.

As always, my table was reserved and waiting when we arrived. The food and service was excellent. The beer was ice cold and the cauliflower appetizer to start was delicious.

This is a great place to grab a quick bite like during happy hour or a decent dinner selection is also an option. I especially liked the shaved Brussels sprout, quinoa and dried cranberries with candied walnuts salad, as I hadn't seen that combination elsewhere. So they DO have some creativity in their kitchen, for sure! Our group also chose a classic rueben and a SW smoked chicken salad, equally delicious.

As always Cara our waitress was wonderful. We got to talk without her hovering and when she finally took our orders the kitchen was very speedy. We both had the poke bowl this time and as always they were very good. Though it seemed like they cut back on the rice something I am noticing with many of their dishes pricing going up and portions going down I eat here a lot and have noticed a lot of this going on. I understand the higher price but not coupled with reduced portion sizes

The both we were at was very diety. There was dried dirty water marks or something on the wall. I dropped something on the floor and the carpet was absolutely disgusting and looked liked it hadn't been vacuumed or cleaned in a really long time. Also, dirty glasses (sticky). Additionally service was slow when they weren't busy.

I have been coming here since you opened and for the first several years multiple times a week. While the food has remained fairly consistent the pricing which used to be always affordable has gotten high over priced While I understand Covid 19 and inflation, raising the price is fine , but in conjunction with shrinking portion sizes has become outrageous Now that my rant is done after all these years of coming for lunch and dinner was surprised by the brunch menu. I was not aware it was different. We had the breakfast burger which was very good. My very picky grandson ordered a burger his way and ate every bite. The best part was I was able to order off the lunch menu for my favorite Gouchang pork with kimchi fried rice. All the food was excellent. Though as I pointed out to our server 3 pieces of pork instead of the 5 or 6 pieces as it used to be, made the new price $21.95 outrageous The close proximity is why I still come back but starting to look at other options such as my new favorite " Food Carts" as a better bang for the buck

Waitstaff was friendly; however, they never removed our finished appetizer plates when they delivered our meals, and never checked back for drink refills other than when the food was delivered. Food itself was just okay. We’ve been here many times and the food and service have gone down. Unfortunate, as we used to like this place.

When we were first seated, the noise of the people, the bar, and the TV's was too much so we asked to be seated on the deck, which was an improvement. I had the fried chicken on mac and cheese. The fried chicken was tender and tasty, but I think the oil they fried it in was a bit old. the mac and cheese was tasty enough with just enough heat.

Music way too loud. Had to ask them to turn it down twice. Had to talk very loud over it. Don’t love the service charge so am tipping 18 percent instead of my usual 20.

As this is a restaurant I frequent often I know most of the menu very well. This visit had the Poke bowl and some appetizers, which were very good. As always Kara my preferred server was amazing She knew how much time we needed to chat then took our orders and were there very quickly. Always love her smile and how helpful, attentive, and professional she is. She is a credit to the restaurant, something I have not always felt about some other servers

Not Our usual server but was very good nonetheless. Our food was very good. I had the "Waygu" bacon jam burger done medium. It was very juicy even though skeptical it was real Waygu beef as many articles on food say only 12 restaurants in the U.S. serve real Waygu beef All that aside all of our food was very good though bacon wrapped shrimp could have had a little rice like the appetizer has. As someone might guess I eat here a lot ever since they opened. Overall 2 thumbs up Pricing on some things has gotten ridiculous. I know pricing on food items is up though some prices have dropped, but that is another story

We had Alex as a server, so attentive, and patient. One issue is that when I attempted to add my rewards card the machine stated that I had not completed the registration. This is the third time it has happened to me, so when I returned home i tried again to register and it told me that I was already a member. This bothers me as your restaurant is one of my favorite places, and I feel I am being left out of some of the benefits of being a member, whether it is something free on your birthday or something else. Not sure how to correct this continued oversite. Thabnks, Michele McGrain
