   Very nice location with views of the lake. Food was excellent. Table shared the Brussels spouts which were spicy and delicious. Snapper with braised cabbage and apple slaw was only one of the excellent dishes at our table of four that were presented beautifully. Wine list is limited and a little expensive.

   The setting was spectacular but the food was not the best. Definitely not a fine dining experience. The drinks were good and well made. The food was plated gorgeously but it didn’t have that wow taste that we look for in a fine dining experience. The service was good but not overly friendly. We’ll not be going back. We so desperately wanted it to be a place we’d come again and again because the setting overlooking the lake is so amazing. Overall disappointed.

   The service was horrible. Our waiter took the longest time to even get our drink order. Messed up all the bills at the end but because he took so long to even come back every time we just paid each other correctly (group of 7) didn’t give the happy hour pricing either. Gratuity was already included in bill. 🙃 Probably won’t be back any time soon.

    Great Colorado River view, that is what you come here for. Easter brunch buffet was Ok, but nothing special. Eggs were great, the french toast and waffles were cold and very dry. The outdoor area could use some updating, the tent in the middle, while providing some needed shade from the sun, is a bit dilapidated. We enjoyed the stay, the staff was friendly and attentive.

    Beautiful outdoor area with a great view. Wait staff was friendly and attentive. Several vegetarian options. Lots of drink choices. The food was great, however, the entre menu is a bit limited.

    We were a group of 8 and bc of that we had auto grat the server barely checked up on us. Food apps and drinks all pretty much came out at the same time. We never got refills on water. The place was cute but didn’t match the service or food.

    We really enjoyed our brunch at Tillery! Outdoor seating in a peaceful setting by the river; the eggs benedict, chicken and waffles, and bloody marys were excellent; and service was fantastic. Would definitely recommend.

    Dining area is almost entirely a patio with spectacular river and sunset views. Only the bar appeared to be indoors and it was encased in floor-to-ceiling windows. Delicious new American favorites like roasted cauliflower in a sumptuous sauce and perfectly seasoned Brussels sprouts made for s memorable evening.

    Tillery is a nice restaurant but the service was a bit slow. We were waiting a bit long for our main course plates to be picked and offer us desserts that never happen so we have to ask for the check and leave. The restaurant was not busy. The staff were friendly. Food was in need of seasoning but still was good not the best I ever had. No sure if I will come back or recommend for dinner, maybe only for drinks.

    Went for a Valentine’s Day dinner and had been looking forward to coming. Unfortunately the restaurant isn’t normally open on Tuesdays and staff was materially underprepared. Nor did they share before we arrived that the menu was pre-fix. Small portions, overcooked food, and overpriced (for what you were getting). The staff didn’t seem like they knew what they were doing - multiple times the wrong order was being sent to tables and or food needed to be sent back. It felt like the kitchen was just “checking the box” on getting food out with almost every course poorly prepared. Every table inside and out seemed to be similarly disconnect including a couple getting up and leaving. I’d love to try and give it another shot, but really feel like I need a refund after how poorly the experience was on Valentine’s Day.

    Food was decent, but our service was not good. It took a very long for someone to take our drink order, and having to ask other servers for things because ours came by twice including to bring the check. The restaurant was not busy at all. Very disappointed.

    Service was great, we were greeted right away. Had made a reservation for brunch and chose to sit inside. The host asked if we had been there before and we hadn't so he sat us at an elevated table so we could enjoy the view. Restaurant was pretty, service was quick and pleasant. We really wanted to love the food, but we were unfortunately disappointed. I ordered the salmon plate, serving it on a black plate does it no justice. Grilled bagel was nothing special, just a regular sized toasted too much bagel. Between the capers, pickled onions and the salmon, you don't need pickles also, cucumber would have been much nicer. Not much for the value, loved this platter at Junes all Day!!!! My husband ordered the chicken and waffles and both were hard and overcooked. We wondered if anyone on the staff ever sat down to eat this dish. It is served on such a tiny plate, there is no room to cut the waffle or chicken. I don't know if they make the desserts in house but the waiter took a few minutes to talk up the crepes only to find out they weren't on the menu that day. The deserts we chose, the chocolate cake, ok, but much too rich, cheesecake was good. We will give it another chance for dinner in the spring when we can sit outside and enjoy the view!

    Everyone enjoyed their dishes with one exception the frittata was not very flavorful and dry. Everything else was excellent. Dined outside with the dogs very beautiful surroundings and service was great. Will continue to go there for brunch.

    We had an early dinner around 5:30, so it was calm and quiet. We were seated right in front of the view of the river, which was nice. The service was friendly and we loved that chef Gabriel came out to have us test a new dish he was trying (It was incredible!). It was so nice to sit outside to eat as well. We live close by and FINALLY came in to try it out. We'll definitely be coming back and bringing family with us :)

    What a fantastic meal at the Tillery in Austin. The Chilled Corn Gazpacho was delicious and a perfect start that I paired with a glass of the Bogel Phantom red blend. The heirloom tomatoes and the mint were fantastic with the corn gazpacho. Then came the main course...grouper served on a bed of braised black lentils with white wine and glazed vegetables. The fish was perfect, the lentils were amazing and the vegetables were just right. Not too soft and not too al dente. I finished up with my version of a digestif...ouzo. Simply a great experience. Everything was so well prepared and beautifully presented and the prices are incredibly reasonable. So not what you'd expect in the heart of Austin. Add to it the welcoming atmosphere and incredibly friendly and attentive staff and it made for a great experience. Well done Tillery, well done.
