Tras Horizontas is located on a side street. Parking is readily available on site. The interior is a bit eclectic , and looks like there was little thought in putting it together. We were looking forward to the food and drinks .The drinks were very good but took a long time to arrive. The food was very innovative, but arrived lukewarm. There was adequate waitstaff (4), and only three small groups but service was very ,very slow. In fact we had to request things multiple times, from multiple servers. I dont know if it was an off day for the restaurant, but the slow service was a real turn off.
