I brought my family in to try it out. I frequent this place a lot! I love to come and decompress on Sundays after a long work week. My brother is super picky about food, at 34, and finding a place he likes has always been difficult. It’s my birthday and I decided to spend it here. The service is ALWAYS great and the food NEVER disappoints! Y’all also know how to make sweet iced tea! Thank you for always provided exceptional customer service! You guys are amazing! Was excited to eat here because we visited the Asheville location in the past and it was stellar. Biscuits were not warm or very good, blueberry jam (not sure if it was jam or preserves or what) was so thin it was hard to spread. We had a wide spread of food, fried green tomatoes did not have a lot of flavor. Food was just underwhelming. Environment was great, service was adequate but also nothing spectacular. Could be an awesome place, maybe they were having an off day or I just got the wrong things. Looked busy, however!

The hostess was able to accommodate the extra 2 guest that wasn’t listed when the reservation was made. She was very pleasant and accommodating. The overall experience was awesome. The food is very good . I’ve been there at least 8 times and the service has always been phenomenal.

We waited one hour and a half for food and they told us it was because of the mac and cheese. All of the food was cool, but the waiter was nice and it was late so we didn’t make a fuss too much about it . Might be a while before I come back but I over all ok.

Our server was great but just about everything else was terrible. After about 45 minutes, my meal came out, my husband's sides came out without the entree, and our son's meal came out. But they got my son's order wrong, so back it went. Both my husband's and my potatoes were cold and my broccolini was so burnt (literally black) that it was inedible. After another 20 minutes, my husband's entree came out and we asked where our son's meal was. It arrived a few minutes later. The manager (?) came by and said he took my husband's meal off the check, which was a nice gesture. But the I'm not sure if we will ever go back.

Food took more than an hour with several incorrect or incomplete meals coming to the table. Food also came out in shifts with some of our party almost done with dinner before our last guests received their food. Empty beverage glasses were also a theme. The serve apologized at least 5 times which is kind but at some point it’s not enough. I commented to the server about how awful it was and he said they knew and he was unsure why it was happening but he knew it was bad. No manager acknowledged us and we were charged a full bill. Horrendous service and food was not much better. Our first and last meal at this establishment. Totally embarrassing to us as we invited a group here who were coming to NC for the first time.
