The chef team at Uchiko has created a brand new selection of composed dishes and sushi, taken from ideas and plates created at Uchi. Uchiko is Uchi redefined. Our server Rachel made this experience truly over the top. We decided to let her take the reigns and eat our way through the happy hour menu (if you haven’t done this, treat yourself)! She coursed it perfectly with a few surprises. We were truly stuffed and blissed out! As always Uchiko never disappoints. Also the valet guys are so great and they really work their butts off once the place gets hopping. I hope everyone remembers to bring cash to show so love! Can’t wait to go back :)

It was our kids first time joining us at my favorite restaurant and it lived up to everything I hoped it would be. Plenty of options for the kids, classics like edamame and chicken karaage plus their new favorite eating experience - hot rock! My husband and I enjoyed our faves, the hama chili and yokai berry, as well as a selection of nigiri. Then we all shared two desserts - a banana cake and my favorite, milk and cereal. All in all a delicious experience!

Wonderful experience. Anna was our server and she granted all of our wishes. I’m a vegetarian and their choices are beyond delicious. To the point you don’t want to talk, you just want to enjoy what is happening in your mouth.

Everything was very good. Fish delicious and fresh. We tried a few new items. Broccoli was a yes. Shrimp skewers meh… but it’s a fun place to try new items especially if you eat there a lot. Thanks for the great food! They accommodate celiac diners.

Solid Uchiko performance as usual. Service was exceptional as usual. It was my birthday and they provided an additional Sushi gift that I really appreciated. Great chef, exceptional Service. One hang up was we requested Sushi Bar, they did not have one (we made reservation way in advance), but then did accomodate us after about a 5 to 7 min wait at the Bar. Thanks again ! We will be back on May 11 for my wife / Lori's Birthday.

Had an absolutely amazing time. We were served by a charming gentleman named Allen who I'd recommend to anyone that goes in. The food was on point, service was on point, and overall it was such an unforgettable experience. We will certainly be going back!

The overall price/value is not in level with other of our experiences. We were 3 people choosing Chef's Tasting 10 course menu of which 6 servings were nigiri. 2 bottles of wine, fine and not pricy. For $800 we do expect more variety and uniqueness. Difficult to hear the intro to each serving do to the energetic/noisy ambience.

Food was great but we paid $500 for the ten course meal and the pace was very slow and it wasn’t worth it by the fifth course. We were disappointed and tired. But again, food was great and our server was nice.

Our third visit over the years - it's always my son's choice for a special place on his birthday. It's always been inspired with excellent savory, "talk about it tomorrow" choices. We always do the 10 courses omakase dinner so we can enjoy the experience at the restaurant. The third visit was not the charm for us, I am sorry to say. I am going to caveat this with... it was spring break, it was SXSW.... but we were uninspired this time and the dishes seemed to be too. Out of the 10 courses, we didn't leave talking about it - or wishing we could go there every other week.... nope. it was Uninspired this time. When you spend $500 for 3 people...you hope and wish. I'd love to try it again when it's not so busy...it's definitely the place to be.... Just hope they had a one-off night. But, the wait staff were excellent/superb. You made the night.

We showed up for Wednesday dinner at 5:45pm. The complimentary valet parking at the door was friendly and easy. We were seated in a booth (a little cramped unfortunately) and enjoyed the sparkling water. Our waiter, Tyler, was very helpful at helping us navigate the overwhelming menu and select items for our dinner. Food was very good - the fish was fresh and wonderful. Unfortunately, at the end of the night, our ordered dessert got lost in the shuffle and we waited half an hour before Tyler corrected the situation. He brought extra sorbet to apologize. Additionally, the restaurant's noise level got so loud that we were yelling just to hear each other. Good food, but noisy.

Took my father and his wife to celebrate me coming into town from Indiana and surprising him for his 80th birthday. They both loved the whole experience. (Visiting where I use to live I know I had to pick my favorite restaurant, uchiko)
