   Mother's Day Brunch.. Although they don't have a Brunch Menu.. We loved the food. The Pineapple Margarita definitely hit the spot. Will try the smokes pork belly next time!!! Thank you.. Dennis was our server and he was more tha accommodating.. Thank you..

   Good libations & good, but unfortunately the service wasn’t up to par. Had to repeat requests for drink refill more than once. Surprised at this since the restaurant wasn’t crowded & there were several staff members “just hanging out.”

   It’s a decent place for a social get together in Mosaic. Service is attentive. Food could be better. Margarita is watered down as everywhere else. Suggested tips should not include the tax amount of the bill.

   guacamole was great had soft beef tacos they were not so great. Enchiladas pretty good. Do plan to go back because it's an extensive menu and want to try some other items on the menu. It's loud indoors - would like to sit on the patio next time.

   Even though the appetizer came out AFTER the main entrees, the food tasted AMAZING and the server recognized the timing issue, apologized, and continued to provide good service. Will DEFINITELY return!

   Met for a girls night dinner. Seating wasn't very comfortable- table rocked and seemed very unstable. Overall the food was good, but not exceptional. Service was good for the most part.

    I love the decoration of this place. I ordered a steak burrito and got a shredeed beaf one (not what I expected) also an enchilada which was dry and the way it was presented looks like a burrito. Very small portion of refried beans (most of the restaurant does that). Our server was very attentive and cordial, excellent attitude. My margarita was not spicy enough for me and the manager fix it immediately. My husband requested our server to put some music and they did, which made our dinner more enjoyable.

    While the service was attentive an prompt my wife and I found the food lacking flavor and seasoning. I ordered the steak fajitas and she ordered the cheese enchiladas. While both dishes were delivered promptly the tortillas served with the fajitas had the texture of being reheated and the steak, while hot, lacked flavor and seasoning. My wife described her enchiladas as “bland”. Before the entrees were served er ordered the Queso Blanco. It was hot and creamy but I felt it also needed more spice and flavor.

    Not top-notch for Urbanno- it was Christmas Eve Day and horribly cold outside, so maybe these were factors, but it was too bloody cold inside the restaurant and too bloody loud. Not Christmas carols, just generic pop music cranked way too loud and even worse in the bathrooms. both temperature and volume made for unpleasant meal here, which is truly an outlier.

    Nothing special about this place. Very average Mexican food that you can eat in all Mexican restaurants. The chicken fajita was a bit tasteless, the scallops were terrible, the margaritas were good though. We won’t come back to this place.

    First time at Urbano. We had a reservation for three at 6:15 on a Saturday night. We were seated at a table right next to the service staff clearing section even though there were many tables in better locations. I could have said something but I didn’t. Our Server was fine. We shared an appetizer of guacamole. Very good. My wife and her friend had Fajitas; one chicken the other steak. I had the combo of a Al Pastor Chimichanga and a Chicken Burrito. All of our food was fresh, tasty and nicely presented.

    Been to this restaurant 3 times now and it’s great! The queso we got was cold so I would avoid that in the future. Really loves our waiter but I will say the other staff was a bit aggressive interrupting our dinner constantly to retrieve plates and reaching over. We had a minimum of 4 different people stop by our table taking plates or asking if we were done eating which was a bit bothersome.

    Oh my, this was our first time dining at this restaurant and it certainly will not be the last! The food was so delicious! We ordered the crispy garlic adobo shrimp appetizer which was phenomenal and for entrees, I ordered the birria crispy tacos with shredded beef and my friend ordered the shredded beef enchiladas. The chips are nice, light, and super crispy and the salsas were so authentic and delicious! We cannot wait to go back!
