Vice Steak Bar is a distinctive dining concept created by a team of longtime friends with backgrounds in Global Meat Trading, Culinary arts, and food branding. Led by Chef Nick Leahy and based in Georgia, the group built a vertically integrated system that starts with owning their own F1 American Wagyu and Grass-fed cattle, raised without hormones or antibiotics and certified Georgia Grown.

The beef is processed at our own USDA-certified processing facility, the North Georgia Meat company in Ellijay, Georgia, and sold through our Butcher shop, Vice Kitchen(www.vicekitchen.com), in Johns Creek. This structure allows Vice Steak Bar to maintain full control over quality and sourcing, offering a true farm-to-table experience.

By managing the entire supply chain, Vice Steak Bar is able to offer a higher grade of meat starting with F1 American Wagyu and Grass Fed steaks at pricing lower than traditional steakhouses, while maintaining a casual, approachable atmosphere.

I recently tried VSB for the first time. My party loved our food, the drinks were excellent, and the service could not be better. Just an all around solid experience. Will definitely be coming back soon.

We decided to try Vice for our 41st anniversary. The staff is friendly and professional. Since we made a reservation and noted it was for our anniversary, we were surprised with some champagne. The food and service was great and I expect we will return.

Vice is a great neighborhood steak house, not sure how I feel about the new A’ la carte steak menu, was nice to get a side in the past. The addition of a couple of pasta items is welcome.

We arrived for our reservation and were seated by the hostess in what was a completely empty restaurant. From the outset, the experience felt off. The hostess was noticeably surly and unwelcoming, with a demeanor that hardly conveyed that guests were welcome. After being seated, we waited nearly 30 minutes before she returned with water. About five minutes later, cocktail menus were simply dropped on our table. We were then told that the bar was busy and that our server was working at the bar but would be with us shortly. Eventually, someone who identified himself as a manager came to our table and began explaining the steaks and menu and said the bar was busy. For a moment, we thought perhaps the evening was finally getting back on track. A woman from the bar area approached and appeared to be the person who was supposed to serve us, but she turned away without taking our drink or dinner order. Shortly thereafter, another bar employee came over and told the manager that he needed to come with her immediately, and he left our table as well. At that point, the situation had gone from disappointing to simply bizarre. The restaurant was empty, yet we had been sitting there for an extended period and still could not get anyone to actually serve us. It genuinely felt as though the restaurant had not planned to serve dining-room tables that evening—or was completely unprepared to have customers. We finally decided to leave without ordering. We dine out frequently and certainly understand that restaurants sometimes become unexpectedly busy or short-staffed. What happened here was different. There was virtually no table service, no meaningful explanation, no apology for the extraordinary wait, and seemingly no urgency about the fact that two guests with a reservation had been sitting unattended. The strangest part was feeling as though our presence was an inconvenience. We left very confused and disappointed. Based on this experience, we would not recommend Vice Steak Bar.

The steak frites dish is now a "go to" celebration meal for our family - AMAZING! You absolutely must try it. And you will love your server. I've been there a couple of times now, and the servers are friendly, helpful, and happy to be at work. Enjoy!

Service was outstanding- our server Darby and the manager Jamey were stellar, super attentive and kind. Food was sooo yum- we got oysters, picañha and multiple sides- steak was cooked perfectly and everything was very tasty! Ambience was chic and swanky, cool vibes. Will most def be going again!!
