   The experience at the VCC was amazing. From the service, being understanding that we were late and making us still feel welcome to cocktail suggestions and attention to detail. All be it some of the cocktails were not to my taste it was clear that to someone who liked that type of cocktail would enjoy them as they were very well balanced. I would 100% return and I am glad I came here. I would recommend to everyone as a nice cocktail bar in Dublin as many others are below the mark.

   Menu's were stuck together, and the general place is starting to feel a little worn. The tables are on top of each other and everyone was crammed into a small area while there was plenty of space upstairs and over the other side. Cockatails were nice, but nothing setting it above other cocktail bars

   Hi Louise, Thank you for the feedback. I can see that you booked in with us for 16:30 & left shortly after, during this time the 2 tables next to you were free. Its worth noting that for early evening bookings we only operate on 1 floor until after 17:30, you can of course ask to be moved to the terrace which is also open for guests every evening.    Two hour bookings aren’t for two hours. Just after an hour after sitting (we arrived on time before 9pm), we were informed that the bar were taking last orders. Last orders being a maximum of one drink per person as their next sitting was in 50 minutes. 50 minutes of being reminded over and over we needed to leave as there was more customers coming at 11pm. A shame as the drinks were brilliant. Poor form and we won’t be returning 🙂

   Hi Adam VCC, like most venues similar to ourselves will ask all tables for last drinks 30mins before their time on the table is up, this gives guests plenty of time to read the menu, chooses a Drink and ensures we get the Drinks to the table with plenty of time for guests to enjoy without feeling rushed, during this time or anytime really we avoid tables double ordering. I can see you booked a 2 hour slot from 21:00 to 23:00, sat on time and left at 23:01, I'm sure you are aware that in order for us to make our guests time with us as seamless as possible its very important that guests arrive and leave on time. You can of course ask for an extension, its not always available but our staff will always do their best to accommodate. We hope that clears up some of your points, cheers, VCC

   Fabulous place. Lovely food and even better cocktails. The staff made some recommendations for a cocktail based on our previous orders and got it spot on! Would highly recommend. Lovely ambience and a comfortable place to relax.

   We had a great evening, the cocktails were amazing (!!!) the food delicious (though I would like more cheese on the cheese board), and the staff were all lovely!

   Always amazing service and cocktails! Staff know the menu inside and out and are always able to recommend the best drinks depending on your tastes! Reasonable prices for cocktails in temple bar considering the quality!
