Myself and my boyfriend booked a table for dinner and cocktails and we stuck at a tiny table by the door, which kept being left open so we were freezing.

We didn’t eat in the end as the table was so small and right on top of other people I think I may have elbowed the person next to me trying to eat a steak. We had one drink and left, we were very disappointed

Amazing cocktails but shocking food. It tasted and looked like leftovers. A simple veggie board is not hard to make good.

Amazing spot in center of Dublin. Cocktails were some of the best I have ever had and the food was better than expected. Pricey, but worth it for the experience.

The staff were attentive and helpful, we had booked for when it had just opened for the evening, it's a lovely place the only downside was that it was freezing even know the fire was lit.

We came from Denmark to Dublin for the weekend with some friends and one of the things we prioritised with our time was an evening at VVC. We wanted to show them what we had experienced a few years that we found unique an wonderful. This time we felt rushed and in the way. The service was not up to standard - there was no smile and we where seated next to the kitchen and we where asked to leave after we had our food. We had hoped to sit and have cocktails and tall for quite a while but chose to leave as the waitress told us that she needed to seat other guests ( we had dinner at 20.15) we where not early guest and therefore we had hoped to stay and spend our money at VVC. In stead we went elsewhere.

Great selection of cocktails and perfect service from the friendly staff. Shame the cackles of a hen party ruined the chilled vibes!

Very disappointing, this was our 3rd visit to vcc, I booked my table on Thursday and on Friday received a text to confirm I would be coming which I answered. On arrival we were taken upstairs as our table wasn’t ready, we were then taken down 2 levels and were the only people there this is not not where we were expecting to be seated, I asked if we could be moved upstairs and someone came and said they had tried to call me the previous day to confirm I was coming ( I had confirmed by text) they said a table would be free soon and we could move, this did not happen until nearly an hour and we were on our 2nd cocktail by then so stayed as we would be leaving soon. On previous visits we were given a small Prosecco on arrival, we did not get this.. we did not enjoy our visit at all it was so disappointing considering we paid €100 for the pleasure. Unfortunately we will not be returning we come to Dublin every year from Glasgow and look forward to VCC but will not be back..

We had a great experience at VCC. We were unaware of the spring time change and arrived an hour late. The hostess was understanding and seated us with no issues. The drinks were amazing and the appetizer and main course dishes were delicious. We loved the ambiance with the candle lighting and eclectic music playing. We will definitely return.

Myself and my fiancee went to the VCC for brunch on Sunday and we thoroughly enjoyed it. I will say it was a bit chilly, which is why I docked the rating for ambiance, as I had to put my coat around my knees to keep warm. Other than that, the food was delightful, the bloody marys we're delicious and the whole experience was superb.

Visited after being recommended, like the idea of the cocktail bar however few problems... table we were sat at was freezing!! Luckily the waitress took pity on us shivering eventually and offered for us to be moved... service was VERY slow, I appreciate them being busy but the couple who were seated before us had ordered, being served their drinks and starters and had finished these in the time it took for us to have our drinks orders taken... weren’t offered a food menu which would have been nice however due to the long wait for drinks didn’t ask for one and went somewhere else we’d found on google waiting to be served... the decor, theme and cocktails were amazing though which is why I’ve given 3 stars! Maybe on a different day would get the 5 stars!

We enjoyed our evening at Vintage Cocktail Club. The drinks were fantastic and the service was thoughtful, polite, and overall top notch. The atmosphere is lovely, and I love that you have to knock on the door like it's a speakeasy.

On this visit, we were not impressed by the food. The prawns were undercooked and not flavorful. The fried brie, which I remember being delicious from a previous visit, was just so-so. And the antipasti board was nice, but the bread was bland and I wanted more vegetable options than just a little tin. The food was not worth the high prices.

The experience was ruined for us by the table next to us. The couple was conversing loudly and obnoxiously, which completely upset the romantic ambiance. We left sooner than we wanted to because we couldn't even have a conversation with the man practically yelling in our ears; they were basically right on top of us, as the tables are small and close together. The bench seats along the wall are also very low and worn out – we sunk right into them – and the accompanying seats have no backs, which makes for an uncomfortable dinner.

This was my second visit. My first was a much better experience. I'm not sure I'll be back.

Very good booking process. Had an issue with locating the club. This should be made more obvious outside or on the booking notifications or during the confirmation phone call. The place was great inside however there was only 1 waiter serving the floor and it was rather difficult to get her attention as she had too many tables to service. The cocktails were lovely and the place looked amazing. Brilliant vibe. Will definitely go again

Lover the place. Perfect lighting, ambiance, and noise-level; you can hear all your friends, while the lovely background music fades out the conversations of others. Great and helpful waiters, brilliant cocktails and hefty menu makes it a one-of-a-kind place in Dublin and I will keep coming back - definitely my number 1 spot for fancy cocktails.

This experience was not what I expected. There was only one issue with the night but it completely ruined it. The whole dining room was freezing. Myself and my girlfriend had to keep our coats on for the duration of the dinner, along with everyone at the tables around us. We weren't able to relax as a result of this. This is not what you expect when you go out for dinner, especially considering the fact that our bill was roughly €150. The dining room should not be beside an open stairs which goes directly up to a room which is outside.

The food and drink was nice and our waitress was very friendly but unfortunately, this was not enough to make up for how uncomfortable the experience was.
