   I made a booking for Wishbone on Wednesday 30th April 2025 at 5.30pm, my friends and I were only in Dublin for 1 night. We arrived at the restaurant to find the place in darkness and closed up. We were then faced with trying to find somewhere nice to eat at rush hour and dinner time. Terrible service to not inform us after making the booking.

   Great gem in Dublin. The food was delicious and the bramble cocktail was on point! Think it’s slightly out of the way of places. We were going to vicar street and it’s about half an hour walk to get there. Doable and worth it for the delicious food! But something to be mindful of. Loved the decor of the place too.

   Very nice menu. I had the kimchi fries and the waffle chicken. Extremely tasty.

   Food and ambience was amazing! The noice level wasn’t quiet as everyone was talking and enjoying themselves, but not too loud either, so it wasn’t awkward or silent at all (song choice was great too)- definitely recommend!

   Food was lovely and the place was really nicely decorated just really small and cramped - would be good if they did some sort of course menu deal as it was a bit overpriced for what it was

   The food was okay, gone very downhill since moving location. The service was appalling, took 15 minutes for an order to be taken which we had to ask for and the staff made us feel like that was an inconvenience. They messed up my friends order who is coeliac and again made feel like an inconvenience. Finally, 45 minutes into our booking the staff made us feel very rushed clearing everything off the table, empty plates would’ve been understandable but taking off candles and everything they could. If this was the end of the night on a close it would be more than understandable but this was around half 7 on a Saturday. Very poor experience all around, won’t be rushing back, gone very downhill from how excellent the Montague street days were.

   The food was amazing, I haven’t tasted anything like it! The decor and atmosphere in the restaurant were both amazing.

    very overrated very small spot music was played way too loud service was slow food was only ok. overall out experience was very mediocre and extremely overrated.

    Hi Emanuel, We're sorry to hear you did not enjoy this visit at our restaurant. Our guests usually enjoy the vibe we have set with the upbeat music but of course we can understand this is not always for everyone. Saturday's are also our busiest day so this is likely why our service was slower than we'd hope or expect. We hope you can give us another chance soon and warm apologies from the team!
