    The food and drinks were excellent. Staff explained dishes very well and were super accommodating. Not exactly cheap but worth every penny. Great choice for a date night.

    We just caught the end of their new brunch menu which we were delighted about, 5 japas for €45 between two of us and we were stuffed! The waitress Suzi was so helpful with the allergies as one of us it gluten free. Will be back!

    We were really excited to come here but what a huge disappointment. The waitress was super rude and didn’t explain the menu very well. The real problem was how sick we were the next day. The fish was not fresh.

    I'm sorry to hear about your disappointing experience at the restaurant. We strive to provide an excellent service and this comes as a surprise as our staff is of a gentle nature. If there is any issue in regards to the service we always want this to be passed to a manager on duty so we can get a different person to serve your table and make sure you enjoy your time with us. In regards to freshness, we adhere to strict hygiene protocols and our fish is prepared daily with sushi made to order. We serve to thousands of customers every month and have many regulars coming back every week and we take matters like this very seriously.     Great eatery and venue for any occasion really. Excellent attentive service and lovely atmosphere. Tasty food and presentation can’t beat that in town centre.

    Overall very good, but we were only 2 people and a service charge was added and not pointed out to me. Why ? I’d rather give a tip.

We recently changed our tipping policy (the service charge is discretionary and you do not have to pay it and can leave tip instead if you prefer).     For €12 per portion of japas the portion size is far too small. It's would take 3 to 4 plates to fill a single person. Very disappointing to spend €50 per person and still be hungry after. Some of our dishes were forgotten about so we ended up getting a few dishes around half an hour after the rest of the food arrived. The service wasn't great and then we had to pay a service charge on top after a poor experience.

    Absolutely amazing experience all together. My wife and I went for a 6.15 meal and everything was outstanding! The food, the cocktails, the service…. All 10/10. Personally my favourite restaurant in Dublin!

    We came here for a celebration with 9 friends and there was something to suit absolutely everyones taste! We had vegans and vegetarians as well as meat eaters and everyone was over the moon with the choice of japas. Highly recommend!

    I was taken aback by the restaurant's changed menu and pricing alterations. Dishes that used to be priced at 8.95 Euro now have new names and slight variations in preparation, yet they're now being charged at 26 Euro instead of 8.95. It appears to be a tactic aimed at raising prices without offering any added value to the customers. I find myself lacking the enthusiasm to return or recommend the place to my friends.

Our menu has undergone changes due to circumstances beyond our control. Rising business costs and increased produce prices have made it necessary for us to adapt and to adjust prices of certain products.     Great food! Nama Lychee and Spicy Asian are my fav cocktails from their cocktail list. The gyozas were incredible and so was Ebi Dragon Nuromaki! Would love to visit again.

    Food is fantastic but service is not. We were left waiting and found it difficult to get the staff's attention numerous times. The staff make a point of saying service is not included in the bill - some staff were more pushy asking for a tip than others. I'd return to the other two restaurants but not this one.

    Lovely decor. Sushi is decent but I’ve definitely had better (the rolls were very big with a lot of rice rather than fish). Service was slick and attentive. Prefer original Yamamori on South George’s St.

    Food is delish!! Always good atmosphere, even for a Tuesday evening. Nice to be able to see chefs preparing the sushi. Also, very accommodating with a birthday request!!

    If you are looking for authentic Japanese with excellent service this is the place. Outstanding service, ambience, food is amazing. Excellent sushi!!! I can honestly say this is one the best sushi I have ever eaten, the rolls are delicious, all the ingredients extremely fresh. Highly recommend.
