Yellowtail, Modern Asian Cuisine and Sushi is a collaboration between Michael Turetzky and Chef Andrew Marc Rothschild (The Marc, The Forge, Bourbon Steak and Tsunami). They successfully created a casual but upscale restaurant that brings the highest quality product sourced from all over the world to Delray Beach west of Rt 95! The menu reflects predominately Japanese, Thailand and Chinese flavors prepared with french technique. A small but well thought out wine list gives many options by the glass and bottle. Specialty cocktails are also available.

While their sushi is wonderful, their appetizers are show stoppers. We ordered 5 appetizers and all were great. Loved the broccoli appetizer and ribs. My 8-year old grandson ate 5 ribs himself. The ribs were so tender they fell off the bone. Wonderfully seasoned!

We love Yakatori. The food is really good, the service is great and the management staff is very friendly . Our favorite waiters are Obie and Annie. I highly recommend Yakatori to all my good friends.

Went to yellowtail last night for the first time. It’s a new place, yellowtail is not the name anymore. I’m sorry I don’t remember what the new name is. But, you can make a reservation under yellowtail modern. My husband and I thought the sushi was excellent. Very fresh, presented very beautifully. They also have cooked fish on menu. The service was great. We had a bottle of sake. I highly recommend this restaurant

Our second time here and we invited friends. Everyone enjoyed their meal. Curry chicken, orange beef, out of control sushi roll all wonderful. We’ll be back

Convenient location with very good food. The noise level is very high, making it a challenge to even place your order. The patio is small, but maybe a better dhoice if you want to talk with your dining companion. The menu is varied, and portions are ample. We enjoyed all of our dishes. I especially enjoyed the coconut soup (their version of Tom Kha). We will return to sample more items.
