    Booked table , wasn’t ready . Twice we had to call on someone to take our order . Had to ask 3 different servers for our side orders . No one came when we had finished to lift our plates , we would have liked dessert but didn’t get the chance. Went to pay bill & wasnt told the cost , I had to ask which seemed to be a problem for bar staff. Lots of staff running about not knowing what to do. Yoko was always our number one place to eat but sad to say that will be our last . Management sort yourselves out !!!

    I had taken my daughter and her friends to Yoko for her birthday. Our server was a young fella. He was really friendly and helpful. I hadn't informed him of her birthday but he must have over heard us talking and organised for her to have a dessert and Happy birthday sung to her. It made the evening special. Thank you so much we will definitely be back.

    We had table booked for 7.30pm but we didn’t get our table to nearly 7.55pm. Food was good, so was the service.

    As soon as we arrived we were showing our table by a lovely polite young lady.then straight away brought drink menus.then food menu our drinks arrived then in no time our food which was absolutely gorgeous

    Manager rude when arrived I didn't realise that I should have counted hairchair as 1 person Took us to table and I said about hairchair she replied I did ask how many in your party so you are going to have to move Just wasn't very nice the way we were spoken to

    Freshly prepared ingredients very tasty and quick to arrive. Table for 2 far too small. Noise level ( at a busy time) uncomfortably loud. But will return- nowhere else locally provided the flavours, quality and value.

    5 of us were quite squashed to a 4 person table, which was tricky with 3 sharing platters especially. It was very busy, and noisy, but food was good, and wine was a decent price.

    Staff were fantastic and super attentive, disappointed in the cocktails as it wasn't the signature strawberry daiquiri it taated more like a cocktail from a can. Food was beautiful full of flavour

    Amazing food, terrible service, this was our fourth visit in as many weeks. Firstly the food is simply outstanding, it's the best Asian food in the country. We drove over an hour just to go here because the food is simply the best. Unfortunately the service just isn't at the same standard, now it might sound petty, but it's the little things that count, and they occur on each and every visit. When you ask for all the food to be brought at the same time because you are the only one having a starter it falls on deaf ears. If you ask for no onions, or no cucumber, or any variation on the menu you have a 50/50 chance of it being right. The staff come and ask is everything okay, usually within 30 seconds of the food arriving at the table and that's it, they don't make eye contact, they don't look at your table again and as for wanting dessert, you have to go to the bar and ask for it. We absolutely love the atmosphere, and when it's someone's birthday there is music played and the staff all sing happy birthday to the person, it's fantastic, even when it isn't your own party it's wonderful to see. Will I be back? yes, next week please! Is it worth a two hour round trip? Yes! Do we care that they make little mistakes? Yes but not enough to overshadow the experience.

    Only let down was the person who took our bill payment, unfriendly, no manners or conversation, my partner tried to make a joke about me paying the bill, they grunted at him, no thank you or good bye, very disappointed to be honest

    My first time eating here. Overall it was a positive experience. We would have liked to order a little quicker but the place was very busy so we understand they were perhaps a bit stretched. Food came quickly enough after ordering. The noise level was very high but the food was nice and plentiful.
