    The food as always was excellent although i have noticed that the portions have got smaller and the prices have gone up. Also i used the open table booking system and it let me make a booking for 4.15pm but the restaurant didn't open until 4.30pm which was bizarre. This wasn't acknowledged when we went into the restaurant, when i would of expected an apology.

    Food is lovely, place inside is really nice. Only thing is staff. It was a v quiet night and we stood at the booking desk a good 5 mins waiting on staff and supervisor to stop stabsing talking and come over. Same happened when we ordered drinks and werent ready to order yet, needed a few more minutes to decide. Took another 15 mins or so for them to come back to order our food as they were once again stood huddled up laughing and talking whilst we waited to order. I hate being petty about things like that but it was really off putting having to try and get their attention to come over and take our order on a v quiet night

    Me and my husband eat here quite regularly l eat the same meal all the time chicken black bean with no peppers, there was hardly any chicken in it this time it was full of onions total disgrace l had half a plate at least of onions

    Staff were helpful and very pleasant. Food was good though couple of things ordered the nachos for a starter and there was no jalapeños on it. Ordered sizzling beef for main but it came out not sizzling although it was warm and tasty

    Something is changing at Yoko. Food mostly good although not quite as good as it was. Noodles without Beansprouts and tough Teriyaki beef with little sauce not like it used to be. Restaurant was very busy but service was awful. People waiting to have empty plates lifted for over half an hour or waiting for their order to be taken. We waited 35 mins before our food order was taken. I ordered water alongside drinks which never arrived. The front of house guy that used to keep things running smoothly is now gone and very badly missed. Although friendly enough most the waitresses are new and have a mixture of long false nails, fake eyelashes and tattoo’s on show. Yoko badly misses the old staff and needs to fix this quickly. This was our favourite restaurant for years but no longer. Hope it gets its act together.

    We always go to Yoko when we're down at the North Coast as the food is excellent. The only downside is that it can be quite noisy especially when it gets busy around 5pm and diners are sitting very close together which can make it uncomfortable at times.

    Starter was scallops very chewy and hard will not get again Main course was exceptional definitely a must Decor lovely noise levels too loud this is probably due to the business Overall forgetting the starter the food was fabulous

    The kimchi fried rice is not kimchi fried rice. It didn’t taste pleasant at all. I couldn’t eat it and the udon were not to my liking either. The starter however was delicious and my drink was lovely.

    We were told just to pick a table and when we went to sit a one the woman that greeted us coming in shouted at us saying that table isn’t ready wait over there,when she shouted everyone in the restaurant looked at us ! Embarrassing to say the least

    Very busy Saturday night, diners waiting for tables. Quite noisy. Everyone’s meal did not arrive at the same time. I got my side order long before my main. Food was nice and servers very attentive.

    The food was delicious but slow service. Also one of the meals wasn't cooked with the others which resulted in a 10 min delay in getting meal for one of our party. In fairness we were offered one free dessert as compensation.
