   Service was lacking, floors were slippery inside and the food was was similar to chipotle. Had Hibachi filet mignon and shrimp and it was a joke. It looked like something i would get at a fast food place and small portion. Like 8 pieces of steak and 4 shrimp.

   This place was a great place to come and dine, but now not so much. The customer service was horrible, they are super slow and unorganized. The food was average and most sushi restaurants provide you with ginger and wasabi with your sushi as standard without you having to track down the waitress... not at RA. Overall horrible experience I will not be back.

   The sushi was fair. The service was incredibly slow, and we felt bad for the waitress (although she didn’t seem to know any of the names or the rolls from the menu). They’re obviously very understaffed. It took over 30 mins to get drinks from when they were ordered. The food didn’t come out at all together so one person was basically done eating before another had their meal (there were 3 of us, not 10 where I understand that would be harder to get all at the same time). Also - very odd to say and I can’t say I’ve ever thought of before - but their floor is slippery like ice and it was a struggle to get to the bathroom. I would not bring someone here who has any ambulatory issues

   Our Host was very welcoming and our waiter(s) were gracious, fast and accommodating. However, outside of the miso and spicy shrimp soup, the food was just ok…. I expect a sushi restaurant to not serve KRAB (imitation crab) in the majority of its sushi rolls. As a matter of opinion, i believe having Krab at any designated sushi restaurant is unacceptable. In addition, the menu selection was rather limited. My husband ordered hibachi filet mignon with scallops and fried rice and it was all placed on his plate with at different corners.. presentation lacked the flare of a restaurant and resembled a home chef. Finally, I cannot support eating a steak or any meal with plastic disposable utensils. Our soup was served with the correct utensils but the steak was served with a plastic fork… this is all sad because i have been wanting to try this restaurant for quite some time, in hopes of a great sushi experience.

   Arrived at 7:45 (reservation time) and had to wait 20 minutes to be seated. Once seated, it took 17 minutes for the waitress to arrive to order drinks. Ordered water which took an additional 10 minutes to receive. The issue is that the place was not packed out and the waiter was seen numerous times talking and laughing with her co workers instead of actually assisting her tables. The food was good but the service was bad!

   Worst experience ever, service was horrible waited 45 min after I got my meal after waiting 30 min then my boyfriend’s doesn’t come til 45 min later it’s cold and small portions for $38 which is more than the hibachi , the drink was koolaid no alcohol in it at all definitely will not be going back

    This was the worst dining event I have experienced in quite some time. We made reservations for three for 4:15. Got there early and still had to wait for about fifteen minutes to be seated - in a restaurant and patio that was mostly empty. When we were finally seated, the server tried to seat us at a table for two with an extra chair. Then we had to wait longer for them to clean a larger table - that had been empty the entire time we were waiting from when we first got there. When we ordered drinks, I had to order four different drinks - one after the other - and each time the server came back to tell me they were out of the ingredients to make each one. (This included two specials on the menu, unsweetened iced tea and a bottle of sparkling water.) Food was slow in serving - after waiting for ninety-minutes, one hibachi entree was "still not ready," and the ramen dish when served was room temperature and crusty on the top, like it had been sitting out a while. We had to ask for a manager twice before we got someone, who didn't charge us for the meals we did receive, but we had to leave for a theatre performance, so disappointingly left hungry. Our server alternated between slow and disappearance. I will never eat here again, never recommend it to anyone and plan to post this bad review on every dining site.

    The salmon and spicy shrimp rolls were great. We attempted to order four of their signature drinks in a bowl and literally they couldn’t make any of them. The hibachi was good, I guess. I would go again but I would stick with the rolls and not the hibachi.

    I dined with a party of three. We ordered two rounds of cocktails. The first round was watered down so I tried a different drink. Mine was better but my friends drinks were just ok. We ordered sushi as an appetizer and hibachi entrées with steak and shrimp. The steak was cooked beyond well done when we’re in fact ordered a medium temperature and the shrimp were overcooked as well. None of the protein was hot or near a serving temperature. The rice was the only part of the meal that I enjoyed. I expressed not wanting the sushi if it was not coming out first. It was never communicated to us that we were not getting the sushi. They just brought out the dinner entrees. We arrived at 2:35 PM and did not receive our food until roughly 4:00 PM. The wait was ridiculous and the food was even worse. It was a wasted dining experience.

    I had the worst experience. It took 39 minutes to get our drink order and another 45 minutes for our food. Our server literally forgot about us! I looked at the bar and seen our drinks were done but our server never brought it to us. By the time we got it, it was watered down. They were out of what i ordered but the server didnt mention it so he just never brought out food out. I spoke to a manager and she resolved our issue. The service was the absolute worst.

    We waited 20 minutes until waitress took our drink order. Then another 30 minutes for appetizers and meal to arrive at same time. I saw no more than 30 patrons and several times counted 12+ servers working. Must have been a training day, but on a Thursday night. Terrible service!!!

    Service was terrible, waited 40 min to place a drink order and then we watched our drinks sit at the bar for another 30 min before we finally walked up and got them ourselves. Our food came out in waves and one person in our group (with the simplest order) never got her food. Overall it was the biggest mess I have ever experienced. The food we did get was okay but not worth the price paid. Everything about this dining experience was terrible.

    Service sucked! Only 2 Waitresses for the entire restaurant. It took an hour to get our food. Food was cold. Manager was sitting down chillin. I will not be back!

    I enjoyed my time here and I will definitely visit again. The food was amazing and Miangel was even more amazing with her kindness. My only issue is that it was very loud. Its a bar environment so I guess that should be expected. Definitely recommended.

    Celebrating my anniversary got there and they didn't have 4 of the drink's that we ordered ask for sushi didn't have 3 of the rolls ask for dinner they didn't have shrimp drinks where bland with old garnish on the sushi the ginger was old and real dry won't go there again

    I usually love this place and get a great experience but this time I was let down. I made a reservation and was told to wait for them to set the table. No problem. 3 people in line behind me were seated in the area I requested before me. When I was finally seated I sat for 20 minutes without being acknowledged by a server. They walked past me multiple times. When the server finally acknowledged me her greeting was “my name is — I guess I’ll be your server today” I just told her not to even worry about serving me. I went next door where I received much better service for a much better value.

    Our server was a young black female. Puffy hair with maybe some blonde in it. I can not remember her name but she was great. Remembered all the orders gave updates about the food and provided excellent recommendations. While she was away the other hosts made sure to come around and ask how we were doing. Happy Hour menu is great!

    Overall our first experience was good. A little rocky start but overall good. I went because I thought I could sit out but the patio closed at 9. I was told we could sit at the outside bar but the bartender refused to serve us so back inside we went. It took about 10 minutes for server to come but it was uphill from there. The server was nice and pleasant. The drinks and sushi we ordered were good. I’d be willing to return again.

    The sushi was top notch! We over ordered and loved every minute of it! I gave one fewer star on food only because many of the specialty cocktails were unavailable that night. Marquita was a fantastic server and could not have apologized more for things outside of her control. I highly recommend this place to fulfill your sushi needs the next time you are in midtown Atlanta. Location was also great to walk to various bars after, without changing parking.

    Very good services and great for a date night . I took my mom for Mother’s Day, she enjoyed it but her shrimp and lobster was over cooked kinda rubber like. On the bright side it was pretty good. Steak recommended 🥀

    Forgot about us after we checked in for reservation, table was sticky, appetizer came out with meals after 30 minutes of waiting, drinks came 10 minutes after that. Despite appearing to have many employees upstairs, service was slow.

    Sushi did not have any flare presentation wise. Chicken yakisoba noodles were burnt and way to salty. Only thing that was good were the black pepper teriyaki wings and the chicken fried rice.

    Service was slow upstairs. Server forgot to put in our appetizer order and second round of drinks so they came twenty minutes later. Tables are sticky with hibachi grease they can't wipe up. Felt more like a night chub than a restaurant. Food was no better than grocery store sushi.
