Tonight I dined at Siculishh in Taormina with friends. I chose the "Sea" tasting menu with wine pairings, and what followed was an incredible adventure in flavors, textures, and combinations I never would have imagined! The atmosphere was refined but laid back with good music and warm lighting. Parsley sponges with cod foie gras and creamy goat cheese, stuffed calamari over parsley-infused potato cream with Raffadali DOP cheese, and a savory potato pie with bread crumble, Pantelleria capers, fermented lemon, sumac, and mackerel from Marzamemi. Every dish was creative, beautifully presented, and absolutely delicious! But the real standouts were our hosts. So welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about the food and wine they were sharing. They thoughtfully selected wines for each course, not just to complement the dishes, but to suit each of our individual tastes. The way the wines brought out the flavors of the food, and vice versa, was extraordinary! This wasn't just dinner. It was an experience from beginning to end, full of delicious surprises, wonderful hospitality, and thoughtful details. If you find yourself in Taormina, Siculishh is an absolute MUST! I can't rave about it enough 🇮🇹🍷

Absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. Great food, great service, great wine, lovely setting. We stayed at the Four Seasons San Domenico Palace, but this was our best meal in Taormina. Highly recommend! And the staff couldn’t be lovelier.
