Herne Bay Restaurants

Today was a great surprise! Our family of 4 had the Sunday Platter and was blown away by the meals we were served. Casey, our server was efficient and friendly. The menu explained and drinks delivered within minutes. When the platter arrived- we were served an eye-popping feast of pork ribs, pulled pork, chicken wings & thighs as well as pork belly pieces all served with corn bread, fries, coleslaw and salad- beautifully seasoned, hot and flavoursome. Great value for money- as we couldn't finish the tray- so we were able to take home the remainders. Can't fault it.....Great service and value. Felt appreciated by the staff too- 'wouldn't be here without your support' Lovely Sunday lunchtime- will definitely be going back!!!

My wife and I visited Land and Sea for the second time. We were seated in the back part of the restaurant but the noise level was very high. I asked the staff if it would be possible to move to the front of the restaurant or even outside as it was a sunny day. They were most accommodating and said we could sit at any free table. The oysters were magnificent and the sea bass and skate was equally impressive. This level of quality comes at a price but we would say it was worth every penny. The white Rioja wine was also delicious.

A fantastic evening and fabulous food and the night was made even better with Aaron (Manager), his Mum and partner and most other diners who just wanted to have a party and a sing-a-long! Just fabulous! ;-)
