肉丸很好吃! 本來以為會是豆腐做的獅子頭或是硬硬的植物肉, 結果是很有彈性的混和菜料, 超好吃又很有嚼勁!

我點的是濃縮番茄起士麵疙瘩，非常好吃，麵疙瘩很軟，醬汁的口味鹹淡剛好，辣椒夠嗆，份量是一個女生吃完剛剛好的大小。下次來還想試試另一個口味的麵疙瘩。

我們最喜愛此店的松露蕈菇飯，一樓雖大些且有自然光源，B 1也不錯環境簡潔明亮，B 1的客人會小聲些交談，讓人用餐時感覺比較放鬆。服務人員客氣且熟練，上菜速度快，但穩定的動作和態度令客人感覺被重視和尊重。

好吃😋！推薦！生意興隆！要事先預約，可以幫老人家準備軟爛一點的料理，乾鍋花椰手工麵最推薦，優格飲非常好喝！

不太會感覺到吃的是素食~~最值得一提的還是所有的優格等乳製品，因為腸胃經過手術之後非常敏感，人工添加劑以及代糖果糖麥芽糊精等等人工添加物都是不能吃的，會脹氣並嘔吐。但雪坊的優格真的菌叢很好，完全沒有不舒服。

賣相可能沒有特別突出，但是味道頗具巧思呢！吃完才知道是素食，是很值得一試的全素餐廳喔！口味上，小朋友也吃得很多。

餐點非常好吃，出餐速度很快餐廳的服務人員都很迅速很推薦必點披薩料多起司加的很實在優格飲品跟冰淇淋也非常好吃

東西好吃選擇很多，素食種類標示明確。比薩跟義大利麵及冰淇淋必點!已經回訪過好多次了家人朋友都很喜歡!服務人員也很親切超讚
