Had a lovely pre theatre meal at this lovely venue on 25/10/26. Three guests, starters and mains. No two dishes were the same everyone very happy. Food delicious, portions perfect, presentation excellent. Our waitress was very attentive, blonde lady. When we arrived we were originally being guide to the front annex but with a quick read of her audience, suggested we take a seat at the bar while she arranged for an intimate table in the main area. Very much appreciated as this area has a much better vibe and was lovely and cosy. 5* for us

Whilst the menu was limited as there was a rugby game on in Aviva, the quality of the food was excellent. Also, our waitress was great.

The food was quite delicious, the oysters were absolutely delicious! I had the catch of the day and my husband got the pork chop (a bit overcooked) overall good food. The service was fine, nothing special, a bit inattentive.

Our dinner at The Cow was lovely. The service from Dave was great and the staff in general were really polite, friendly and attentive. The burger was very nice, good quality and with really good chips. The sunday roast was delicious, and a huge portion, though the meat was a little fatty, so if that’s not your thing maybe avoid as there is quite a lot of it! Overall a great experience, thanks for having us! :-)
