Excellent service. We arrived at 1230 sunday for brunch very few cars in lot yet all smoked salmon gone. Waiter offered ‘one free’ mimosa but it came after meal almost gone. Had coupon but server said it couldnt be used because, tho it was sent digitally, he needed it printed out.
If the restaurant would work on these few problem areas it is a eeasonable place to enjoy brunch.
Great dinner and excellent service. Can’t wait until we go again!
My wife and I have been to Paul's over one hundred times over the years. I have never had a meal that was less than exceptional and the staff has always been friendly and professional.
Excellent find! Will definitely return. All should consider it a "go to" place in Annapolis.
I have lived in Annapolis all 49 years of my life. My mom recently turned my family onto Paul's. I had no idea this neighborhood gem was here. It is outstanding, high quality food for a very reasonable price. The atmosphere is very clean, crisp, quiet, and cozy. I highly recommend visiting Paul's, but make sure to have a reservation for dinner! I've now been for lunch and dinner, and they both are GREAT!
Food was good, but so noisy we couldn't have a conversation. Service was spotty.
Consistently good. Service , food, and ambience. A great local restaurant.
I truly believe my last experience at Paul's is not reflective of the great restaurant it has been. Unfortunately, it was an off night ... food preparation of Greek dishes I ordered and service quality were lacking.
Perhaps, I'll go back under the recommendations of friends, who have given it high marks over the years.
Excellent dinner. The service, staff and the menu selections were all excellent.
It was a first visit for a birthday dinner. Everything was great. We love this place! We will definitely return!!!
Food was very good, but the service was really lacking. I believe they must have been short staffed since we had never experienced this slow service at Paul's. I had told them in the reservation that it was my husband's birthday and there was no acknowledgment of such
Requested med rare steak. Got well done. Asked for Greek potatoes. Got twice baked potato. Food was not hot when reached the table. Don’t know if it was the servers fault or the kitchen, but not good for the prices we paid. Also, any bar drinks took forever to get. All in all, not the best dining experience.
Dinner was really good! Waiter was great too! Only complaint, way to loud. Hard wood floors and the conversations just bounce off the walls. Very uncomfortable at times.
Very good Greek cuisine. Nice decor. Friendly staff. Enjoyed the Monday wine special, both taste and price.
The service was excellent. The noise was unsettling. The people at the adjacent table were talking really loud (yelling) so that they could be heard. The sound overall was penetrating and made the experience unpleasant.
We thoroughly enjoy this restaurant We highly recommend it to those who enjoy a quiet atmosphere along with good food
Everything you’d ever want in a family owned local restaurant, including parking and a staff that works hard to make your visit special. Great menu, well prepared.
A small hadden gem if you like Greek food !
Very nice winelist with wines from over the World. The Greek beer Mythos is recommended.
Outstanding service from Dan .... seafood omelette was spectacular
Date night before a Jazz concert. The sea bass was perfect with a bottle of Sancerre. Doesn’t get any better than that!.
This is probably the fifth or sixth time we have been to Paul’s and every time we have gone the food, atmosphere and service has been fantastic. Great place for special occasions.
Fabulous food, great service, accomodated our last minute reservation change.
Excellent food ... they ran out of home fries at Sunday brunch and substituted French fries ... no attempt was made to see if I wanted to change my order.
Bartender was very welcoming and friendly. Steak and Greek potatoes hit the spot.
Delicious food, a little overpriced but less expensive options available. Great place for pre Maryland Hall concert. Busy so def need a reservation. Great apps and the steak and potato was perfect!
Wonderful food, varied menu, also some traditional Greek specialties.
Always a pleasant atmosphere and excellent food. Aa favorite of mine to take out of town guests.
Waiter was informative, entertaining and very efficient. Food was delicious
Three friends and I very much enjoyed our evening at Paul's. The service was excellent, and all of our entrees were scrumptious. Two of us had the Chicken Marsala and it was delicious; very tender and favorable.
Our entire experience was well above par. The food was excellent, and the staff was friendly and attentive. Since these are the key attributes that most people care about when they dine out, Paul's deserves high marks. The decor, while not elegant, is very appropriate for an upscale cafe/pub - relatively simple, casual, and clean. We will definitely come here again...and probably again after that.
Paul's is always reliable. The halibut was excellent.
The chicken soup with orzo and lemon was wonderful and the steak Diane was the best I’ve had. I will be back to try some of the Greek dishes.
This was an awesome find. Would definitely go back.
Great food at a great price. Greek entrees were awesome!
Paul’s is our favorite restaurant in Annapolis. The food is consistently delicious especially the Greek fare. Thank you to the Mariott family for making this neighborhood gem such a special place to dine.
The food and drinks were fantastic. The service was spectacular and this is a charming yet hidden gem in Annapolis. Homewood is downtown yet just a block or two outside of the downtown mayhem, making Paul’s the perfect venue for a wonderful date night. The Homewood neighborhood is the new attractive area of Annapolis, and Paul’s is its long time anchor. I offer my strongest possible recommendation for dining at Paul’s.
We were celebrating our anniversary - 53 years. Paul's is our go to for special occasions. The salmon chipotle and veal marsala were excellent, the service friendly and effecient, the atmosphere intimate and tasteful. Paul's never disappoints.
Paul’s has the recipe for a great experience. Easy parking, helpful staff, knowledgeable server and delicious food. Been here before and will be there again.
An out of the way place primarily for a loyal local crowd. Thought the Greek selections were very good, as were the entree salads. Our waiter was very good also. Ambiance was ok, nothing extraordinary. They could use some new menus, covers, etc. pretty beat up. Still, it’s worth a trip back from Columbia ( no Greek eateries there ).
This time the restaurant had some very loud guests and we actually thought of asking to be moved or leaving as the purpose of our meal was to catch up with each other and talking was a strain. They left shortly afterwards.
One of our foursome said nothing until later but found her food do be dry and not hot enough..
An unusual evening at this restaurant for us.
