Excellent Italian food with a quite varied menu. Not just a spaghetti and meatball place although the latter quite good also.

Three of us dined there during Carroll County Restaurant Week. The deal they offered, three courses for $21.18 speaks for itself. The portions served, appetizer, entree and dessert, were their normal portion size. I had the calamari, hot crisp, lightly breaded and perfectly fried, the Chicken Pino, two generous pieces of breast, lightly floured and sauteed, covered with slices of local summer tomato and mozzarella, in a light Marsala sauce with a side of pasta lightly sauced with marinara and finally a smooth, creamy creme brulee. All excellent! The hot , crusty bread was delicious with a full second portion, on request, and served with butter and a tasty EVOO. Our waiter, Zach, was friendly and funny, answered our questions without having to consult with anyone and paced the meal beautifully. The owner dropped by the table to make sure we were satisfied and happy. I have come here for this meal a number of years in a row and it has always been the same as above. This is a first-class outfit in every respect and I would highly recommend it to anyone wanting a fine Italian meal on any occasion.

Amazing food, atmosphere and service -- all excellent!

We celebrated birthdays of daughter and son-in-law recently. Enjoyed being able to sit comfortably and talk with our family including our grandaughter. The food was delicious. We were not rushed.

We have been many times and the food is always delicious.

The service and hospitality was excellent! However; the waitress accidentally put another table's food on my check. I had my Dad out for Father's Day, didn't especially pay attention, saw the first thing was what we ordered so this must be our check. Well...it was about twice what it should've been, and i didn't realize until i was down the road about 1/2 hr away. :-(

We go there often for the good food but for the friendly service. The owner or manager always comes over and talks to us and asks how we are doing and it is a very personal touch. Went there for my daughters graduation and had lots of family we were treated wonderfully. Food as always was excellent.

The bread was stale and a true Italian restaurant would have warm bread, not stale Italian bread that they probably got from the grocery store nearby. The meats, specifically the veal and salmon were over cooked. Mediocre is the best way I would describe the two entrees with the over cooked items.

Consistently good! It's become our "go to". Even if we make a last minute decision to go out, Liberatore's always has room for us. And the manager checks up on everything. Love this place.

I took my Mom and her friend to Liberatore’s for a Mother’s Day lunch. The waitress and staff were so helpful and friendly.

The food was amazing and the recommendations given were spot on. We ordered the Caprese Salad which had the freshest mozzarella cheese and tomatoes that tasted like summertime.

My Mom ordered the shrimp salad sandwich which came with thinly cut french fries that have a Parmesan cheese coating on them. Delicious! The shrimp were large and plentiful in Mom’s sandwich and she said it was really really good. Mom also ordered a bowl of cream of crab soup which was really amazing - at least two cups of soup and plentiful with crab meat. A+++

My Mom’s friend and I both ordered the summer salad which was full of delicious fruits - I added grilled salmon to my salad. So very good.

The best part of all was how pleased and happy my Mom was with her lunch, the ambience, friendship and overall experience at Liberatore’s restaurant.

We had a pretty good experience. Food was good but on the more expensive side. Server was nice but slow...esp given that it wasn't too crowded. Had to ask for two corrections to meals..which they did but again it took longer than we would have thought.

Good food and ambiance, but a bit pricey. Salads are extra.

everything was great and the magic show was wonderful.

I met with a dear friend for lunch. Our hostess was cheery and full of smiles. Our table was just what I asked for through the reservation, and menues and the table set and ready for us. Although tempted by the menu choices, we chose the lunch buffet, which offered a vegetarian pasta, pasta with chicken, small salad bar, soup, and dessert. Price was very reasonable. (Under $10 per person. ). Choices were good, limited, but adequate for a buffet. Food was acceptable, although a little bland. The salad bar was small, and only the standard iceberg lettuce type, but fresh and enough toppings to be satisfactory. Several business lunches were inprogress, and they seem to also have easy time of conversation. And enjoyable food. We had an attentive server, and we were not rushed to leave, and so could enjoy our time catching up on the news without feeling pushed to leave. We would choose this restaurant again for a future meeting.

We absolutely love Liberatore's. The service and food is always perfect. Definitely worth the drive if you are from out of town.

Even though the restaurant was completely packed, we were seated within 5-8 minutes of our reservation time. The waiter was knowledgeable and attentive. Appetizers, entrees and drinks were all excellent. We've visited this location many times over the years and have never been disappointed.

Great food, great service, but please.... turn up the heat in the dead of winter.

I met two old friends for an annual lunch. The hostess was very accommodating and placed us in an area where we could talk and not be disrupted by the lunch crowd. Zach was our waiter and he did a great job - was always there for us but didn't hover. The food was very good and had a nice presentation. We split a chocolate dessert which was also very good.

I go here every year for a nice New Years Eve dinner. Usually I can’t say enough about this place but I was very disappointed with the menu. I understand that for holidays you don’t get the full menu and I am fine with that. It is not a big deal and we go every year, so no big surprise. However this year I felt like I went to a seafood restraurant rather than an Italian restraurant. I truly dislike seafood. Living in MD there are plenty of seafood restaurants if that is what I wanted but I come to Liberatore’s for their outstanding Italian dishes. I wound up eating a bowl of spaghetti with meat sauce, which I could have made myself. Next year before I make reservations, I will look at the menu. I have learned that nothing is guaranteed. On the positive side, our server was excellent. Very happy and was attentive to our needs. The place was as beautiful as ever and people visited our table to check on us.

This restaurant is about as consistent as they come. You feel the hospitality when you walk through the doors and each item on the menu is prepared properly and efficiently. I have loved this restaurant for many years and it has never disappointed me.

We've dined here many times; one of our favourite local restaurants. There is always a good special of the day option, so much so that we have yet to try all the dishes offered on the main menu. The crab cakes are extremely good.

The dining room is very attractive, bright and clean. Our server was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable about the menu choices. The only downside was our table near the bar which was rather loud and distracting. Given this, we will go again.

Fantastic food - Crab Ravioli, lasagna, and spaghetti & meatballs were fantastic! Had enough for lunch the next day too. Took my son for dinner who attends McDaniel College and he was thrilled to have such a decadent meal! Will definitely be our regular place to go when we visit him & want to treat him to excellent food and service.

Food was good-to-very good, but the service was excellent. We would definitely return.

The meal was terrific, as experienced many times before. Each dish was prepared to perfection; tasty and well presented. Two diners had the chicken masala, two had the linguini crab and the other had the crab ravioli. We started with either house salads or Caesar salads. Great portions and served at the correct temperatures. There was no room for dessert after the great meals. The server was attentive and knowledgeable. It was a fantastic experience.
