Unfortunately, this location was not good. Lobster was cold. Ribeye was cold and poor taste. Manager did credit the steak and give a dessert. After paying $160 + tip, I went to Wendy’s and had a burger. Don’t plan to go to this location again. Was not a good Father’s Day Celebratory Meal. Sorry.

Ruth’s Chris is amazing and you must go! The food is absolutely wonderful and the steaks come lot sizzling in butter! I love seasoning so I wished my steak had a bit more but regardless it was very yummy. The sweet potato casserole is to die for and a must eat!! The service was fabulous with our waiter/waitress being extremely attentive and accommodating. We’ll done!

Our first time eating there. My wedge salad consisted primarily of yellow iceberg lettuce (not edible) and we paid extra to upgrade to a wedge salad! The steaks were mediocre at best. My husband said compared to Hall’s Chophouse, the service was very slow and you would have never had dishes sitting around waiting to be picked up. The manager selected certain ones to greet and thank them for coming; we were not one of them. The remainder of the time he was just chatting it up with 2 other employees. Not at all what I expected for the price! Probably will not go back.

My tuna was spoiled with a strong source, not the light one advertised in the page. I had to ask the waitress to wash the tuna, which she did. The creme brulee did not have the vanilla flavor, which one expects. The role of the caramelízed sugar, which adds so much to the custard, was spoiled by the strength of the flavor of the berries (unless one removes them, which I did). That was an additional disappointment. Fortunately, the sweet potato casserole was exceptional. And I am sure that if we had asked for any red meat dish we would have been very pleased. Let me add that I come from a town in Spain less than 16 miles from the center of San Sebastian. Please google Michelin stars and you will find 11 restaurants with Michelin stars, three threes, two twos and six ones for a total of 19 stars in that area. For the quality I found the food too pricey. A restaurant such as, say, Bone Fish does fish and desserts better

My husband and I decided to treat out father for his 80th birthday. Words cannot describe the enjoyment that we all had, not too mention the ambience, the quality of the food, along with level of customer service and professionalism. My in-laws continue to talk about their dinner.

Rockne was a great server .this was our first time and he explained everything to us nicely. The ambience was great ! Food was ok.

My baked chicken was greasy and very little flavor. The blueberry mojitos was too sweet and the broccoli was cold.

Good service, scalloped potatoes only ok, wouldn’t order again. We shared the Cowboy Ribeye, we do this at other restaurants and always served sliced but Ruth’s didn’t slice only cut in half. Sliced would have been much better presentation - however, the steak was delicious. The Ruth’s chopped salad is excellent! Good cocktails but inconsistent.

Made reservations for 7:30 didn’t get seated til 7:50. No one stopped by our table til about 8:05. Food ordered by 8:10 but didn’t show up u til 9. Waiter was in attentive, rarely stopped by our table abs I had to speak to the manager about the poor service 2-3 times. The restaurant wasn’t crowded but our waiter wasn’t properly trained obviously new and maybe shouldn’t have been working a Friday night within it help from his colleagues

Me and my husband went there on 5/11 for our 10 year anniversary and we had a wonderful time!!! The food was super delicious and she staff there was nice and friendly. Our waiter Mr.Ken was outstanding, he recommended different foods to us and everything!!!!

Parked in the hotel parking garage. This was not validated by the Restaurant. Had 645 reservation and was seated at 655. Was told when making the reservation to dress business casual. Saw a lot of folks in the restaurant not following this policy. Food was very good but service was a little slow. Drinks were not refilled in a timely manner. Overall for the cost I expected a little more attention to details.

The food was great but the service was terrible. We sat most of the meal with empty drinks. Only received one refill after having to ask twice for a refill. The poor guy who delivered our food finally gave us the refill. The restaurant felt like a cheap hotel diner. Wasn’t near what I was hoping for. I’m probably being generous by giving the service 2 stars.

The only thing I didn’t care for was the parking situation. When there is an event going on in Columbia they shouldn’t not be aloud to up the charges of parking for people who are not attending the event.

We had a very enjoyable meal. Our server Rene did an amazing job. She was very attentive and explained the menu in detail. The filet was not cooked as I wanted but she made sure it was prepared to my liking. She even had the cook add additional shrimp. Great meal and service for Mothers Day.
