L.A.'s wildly popular Sushi Roku is in the Forum Shops @ Caesars Palace on the Las Vegas Strip. With it's critically acclaimed Modern Japanese fare and Zen-like atmosphere, Sushi Roku is a favorite among both locals and visitors. Reservations are recommended.

If you do not see the time you would like available online please call the restaurant and speak with a host.

Enter the shops via the Forum Shops valet entrance on Las Vegas Boulevard, directly across from Harrah’s. Avoid the main hotel or underground entrances. Take the circular escalator to the 3rd floor. Sushi Roku will be ahead when you reach the top.

We loved this restaurant!!! October 13th and 14th 2026 Cosmopolitan Hotel Zuma restaurant 3rd floor of Cosmopolitan hotel Atmosphere cool 😎 with fancy wood walls. 3 open view kitchens. Robata meat is charcoal-grilled meats (and sometimes seafood/vegetables) cooked Japanese style over a special high-heat charcoal fire. 9/10 rating 10oz Wygu steak 8/10 rating Sweet corn 🌽 Michelle’s had some spice on it that wasn’t good. Too spicy. 7/10 rating Roasted potatoes 8/10 rating Miso soup 8/10 rating Edamame

If you are dining at Nobu for the first time, family style is highly recommended. For parties of 6 or more the Chef recommends the menus eight highlights. The best way to enjoy is to start with 2 or 3 cold dishes, then move to 2-3 hot ones. Finally end with 2-3 pieces of sushi and dessert. All these shared family style.
