Best Italian cuisine in Oregon! The pastas were so flavorful and the bruschetta was delicious! Do yourself a favor and make your way to Newberg to experience the delights of Rosemarino Osteria! The wall of Italian wines that chef Dario curated has excellent wines to pair with your meal!

This is one of our favorite places for a special dinner. Everything about the small restaurant is done at the highest level. The menu has some standard items that remain a consistent entree and there are always some surprises. The fondue is a must, always. Escargot, very thick pork chops done with a raspberry sauce, the burger and truffle fries… And the desserts! Cocktails are fantastic and the wine selection will not disappoint even the wine experts in McMinnville’s wine district.

In Carlton, Oregon, the 70-seat dinner only restaurant opens Wednesday–Saturday at 4:30 pm, spread across six distinct spaces named like rooms in a home: sip on the Porch, circle the Bar’s brick fireplace, tuck into the Living Room’s cozy banquettes, gather in the main Dining Room, share the Kitchen’s communal banquette, or linger on the covered Garden patio.

Hayward is an incredible one-of-a-kind dining experience I highly recommend for all those who love an amazing meal. Everything is so thoughtfully curated before it comes to you- from the moment a relationship is made with the chef and farmers and the attention to detail through love and passion for food shown on each dish. Every offering and bite I had was exquisite and left me wanting more, yet at the end I was perfectly full and balanced and so satisfied.

The blue cheese stuffed, bacon wrapped dates drizzled in honey and fried Brussels sprouts with a rich balsamic were the bomb and the seafood paella was phenomenal!! Excellent meal!!

Mushrooms are the heart of what we do at the Joel Palmer House. We have always endeavored to obtain seasonal and local ingredients and we use many locally produced greens, herbs, and vegetables, some of which come from our own culinary garden. We are frequently inspired by ingredients found in the cuisines of France, China, Thailand, Poland and India, so we call our cooking "freestyle." Our dishes pair well the celebrated wines of Oregon, especially Pinot Noir, Pinot Gris and Chardonnay. Our extensive, Oregon-focused wine list has been awarded the Best of Award of Excellence from Wine Spectator. Of special note, The Joel Palmer House ranks as one of Oregon's finest historic homes and is on the National Register of Historic Places and the Oregon Historic Register. Built in 1857, the house is Dayton's oldest standing structure. The tasting menu was amazing. They modified the food offering to accommodate my wife’s gluten intolerance. It wasn’t noticeable in terms of flavor. I also loved its ties to the old Joe’s from Reading, PA, which was a restaurant I loved. Great wines, too. It was a great experience.

Wonderful food and service. We celebrated my parents birthday. The staff was beyond attentive to every need and truly kind. The food was delicious and beautiful. The duck and pork belly were best I have ever had. I highly recommend.
