Our Executive Chef, Jason Ryczek, prepares decadent, hand-selected seafood dishes that are seasonally inspired and focus on freshness. Our Certified Sommelier has crafted a perfectly curated list of wines from Italy, Spain, Portugal, France, and more. As a tribute to our roots, we have repainted and restored the vintage exterior signage, which is a nod to the location's opening in 1987 as Little Pappas Seafood House. Chef Ryczek takes every opportunity to elevate and surprise guests. The team at Little's takes pride in presenting a concept to Houston that's new and refreshing - fine dining but not stuffy. We started with oysters from three different parts of the East Coast and lump crab meat, and everything was fantastic. My wife ordered the redfish, which was cooked perfectly. It was a generous portion packed with flavor. I went with the lobster gnocchi. Although the portion was a little small, the dish itself was outstanding. The gnocchi was cooked perfectly, the lobster was fresh, and the sauce was incredible. The addition of tomatoes added another layer of flavor that complemented the entire dish beautifully. We finished with their signature carrot cake, and if you’ve never tried it, it’s an absolute must. It was, by far, our favorite dessert of every restaurant we visited in Houston. The service was excellent—very attentive, knowledgeable about both the menu and the drinks, and never intrusive. Definitely a restaurant we’ll be returning to!

Located in a former auto shop in the vibrant Montrose neighborhood near The Menil Collection and Museum District, Clark’s Houston is the third and largest location of our popular neighborhood oyster bar and seafood restaurant. Opened in Fall 2023, Clark’s features freshly shucked oysters, crudo, lobster roll, daily fish specials, caviar and blini, bowls of chowder and cioppino as well as a much-loved burger and shoestring fries.

The restaurant specializes in martinis and signature cocktails as well as an extensive Champagne and wine list. The design is light, bright, and airy with nautically-themed touches including a centerpiece fish tank, teak wood furniture, bright white walls, and blue and turquoise tones.

In addition to a marble-topped oyster bar and dining room, there’s a large, covered patio for prime people watching and oyster slurping. Clark’s Houston also offers a semi-private dining room for special occasions and events.

First time at Clark’s. Oysters were as advertised. Best I have ever had in Houston. Fresh! Phenomenal. We had the Duxbury and the Flying Point from Maine. Had Linguine Clams Diablo and was very, very good. My wife had the Crudo and loved it. Drinks were excellent. Dessert we tried Basque cake and it was so good. Wait staff were great and attentive. Waitress kept taking my drinks before I was finished with them, but other than that, 5 star! We will return!

Our family enjoys eating at Half Shells whenever possible. The service is friendly and prompt. The seafood is always excellent - I had The Codfather platter for Father's day, and completely enjoyed it. Other family members had the Lobster & Shrimp Rolls and really liked it. The drinks were excellent - good selection of draft beers.
