What a hidden gem! Figo delivers everything you’d hope for in a great Italian restaurant: exceptional food, warm and attentive service, and a beautiful, intimate atmosphere. Every dish was thoughtfully prepared with fresh, high-quality ingredients and authentic flavours that really stood out. The wine list is excellent, and the staff strike the perfect balance of being knowledgeable without being intrusive. Whether it’s a special occasion or simply a lovely night out, Figo is the kind of place you’ll want to return to again and again. Highly recommended

Welcome to your home away from home. The locals' lounge room.
Where new and old friends from around the globe gather for organic charcuterie, house-made pasta + European and Australian wine.

Owner Stu and his team enjoy meats of Europe, the pastas of Italy, and wines from off the beaten track. The restaurant comes together over a love of pork and swill (and country music).

The kitchen team spends afternoons pickling, rolling gnocchi, making focaccia and keeping an eye on our beloved cured meats and pecorino cheese wheels. By nightfall the show is on, the house is full and the atmosphere is swinging.

So come on in and let us guide you through our menu. Welcome to our Diner!!

Paski is a restaurant we keep going back to. It's a neighbourhood gem with the best pasta, amazing bread, wonderful staff and and a great Italian wine list. It's always full of people of all ages and styles - a truly inclusive place that one can't stay away from.

Pan Divino is an Italian restaurant in the heart of Surry Hills, offering seasonal menus shaped by refined technique and a warm heritage setting. Ideal for intimate dinners, celebrations, and group dining, the experience is elevated without feeling formal.

Set within a beautifully restored 1912 building, the space blends vintage charm with rustic elegance inspired by the Italian countryside.

At the helm is Head Chef Adam Bryce, whose culinary career spans over 15 years and is defined by a deep connection to Italian cuisine and seafood. Beginning his apprenticeship on Crown Street, Adam refined his craft at Jamie Oliver’s Italian and Otto before moving into seafood-focused kitchens.

His passion for produce-driven cooking led him to North Bondi Fish, where he became Head Chef, followed by leading the kitchen at the iconic Doyle’s Seafood Restaurant. At Pan Divino, Adam brings together Italian flavours, refined technique, and a strong seafood focus.

Lovely lunch spot when the sun is out. Not too pricey and delicious food. The burrata was my favourite. Lovely staff who let us stay beyond our booking.
