Sushi Saint, located in Downtown Orlando's Creative Village inside the Brew Theory brewery, is a temaki hand roll bar & sushi lounge by Michelin-starred chef Michael Collantes. Each hand roll is made fresh and handed one-by-one to ensure its consumed in its freshest state. Sushi Saint features many beers on tap manufactured on-site, a selection of low ABV sake-based cocktails and sake by the glass.

Made-to-order hand rolls are prepared with the finest global selection of premium seafood, at both the temaki bar and sushi lounge. The lounge menu is designed to elevate date nights and intimate group outings with DIY hand rolls, nigiri platter and other small bites.

Walk-ins are welcome. Reservations are recommended for the 12-seat temaki bar for a more personalized experience in front of the chefs.

We accept all major credit cards and are a cashless facility.

One of my favorite splurges-gorgeous sushi and a Sake tasting experience at the bar, with fish flown in from Japan alongside dishes with ingredients from local farms-my kind of meal. The service is top shelf and included great conversation. We always go back.

Raissa was an excellent server, with well-timed visits to check on us during our all-you-can-eat experience. The premium menu was worthwhile, and most of our favorites featured fresh salmon. Tuna tartare also merits mention. We will definitely return!
