A Michelin Guide–recognized chef, Morimoto Sushi Master champion, and Top Chef competitor, Chef Frances introduces a contemporary Filipino tasting menu shaped by endemic ingredients and refined through global technique. Her New York restaurant, Tadhana NYC, was named Time Out New York’s Best New Restaurants (2024).

The menu unfolds with intention—moving from light, coastal expressions to deeper, structured courses—highlighting fermentation, dry-aging, and precision cooking. Excellent food and service! The hamachi kinilaw was delicious, but the highlight of the night was definitely the tuna porterhouse. Special thanks to Lois and the team for their warm and attentive service, making our evening truly memorable. Will definitely be back!

Great food and service! I recommend going for week-enders or social gatherings. The food is good to share for at least 3 people per dish and can be divided more if you order a lot! Ambiance and music is good also especially for gatherings because it feels lively.
