About the restaurant
A modern take on the great British chophouse, Blacklock Birmingham is nestled inside a beautiful Grade II listed Vicarage on Cathedral Square. We source the best meat in the country from award-winning Cornish farmer and butcher Philip Warren, and cook our chops the simple way, over charcoal, with a little help from our vintage Blacklock irons. This results in perfectly charred chops, steaks and plates made for sharing.

All of this is served up alongside generous sides, wine on tap and cocktails served from our cocktail trolley.
On Sundays we serve roasts almost as good as Mum’s with all the trimmings and (unlimited) gravy.
Don't forget to try Granny's White Chocolate Cheesecake for dessert!

The experience was amazing from the moment we pulled up. The restaurant is tucked out of the way from the hustle and bustle of the city which is great. 2 of us attended and was seen to straight away. The service was fantastic and very friendly. The food was absolutely incredible and definitely value for money. Plenty of photo opportunities and a shop to the side of the restaurant topped everything off as we were able to get a little keepsake for our visit. Staff were amazing, the energy in the venue is absolutely infectious. We will definitely be back.

Food was excellent. Had noisy neighbours (not Regina's fault). Recommend the fish platter.
