Cortázar is an Argentine grill with over 12 years in Guadalajara. The new branch is located on the first floor of the Plaza La Perla at #3000 Mariano Otero Ave, Jardines del Sol neighborhood.

Surrounded by a natural garden is the bar, which offers a very fresh and original selection of classic cocktails, mixology, and mocktails.

This menu is the brainchild of Chef Victor Honorio Romero from Tucumán, Argentina, and Teresa Vallado Dall'Ava from Mérida, Yucatán. It features the best imported cuts from Argentina and authentic Yucatecan cuisine. The cochinita pibil is prepared by being buried in a pit, as dictated by ancestral tradition. The bakery is artisanal and delicious. The main attraction of the gaucho-style grill is the original vacío bandera that we prepare on the cross.

This is our third location, and as always, we continue our commitment to using the highest quality natural products.

Graziano’s staff was welcoming from the start. Service was quick and the portions generous. Food was quite good, specially pizzas and meat dishes.
