This restaurant never disappoints! We tried the Long hot/sausage appetizer, pear salad and sirloin steak specials and all were delicious! Menu standards of linguini and clams, pollo mozzarella and shrimp pasta were all perfect. The staff is friendly and attentive and they made sang to our birthday boy. Always our go to for special occasions!

So you ask why Wanda Byob?

Wanda Pollyana Boos/Lipot was my Mother and my inspiration to become a Chef. Wanda was an amazing cook who actually had some serious training in her country of Trinidad and Tobago. In fact, one of my most prized mementos is my mother's... her cooking manual from Naparima Girls High School in Trinidad.

What started as my mother's inspiration many years ago has turned into a career that I love and am very proud of. So here I am, my mother's son, who has spent 38 years in the kitchen, perfecting my craft. I now want to share what I've learned with all of you in a place I can call my own.

With the help of my wonderfully supportive wife, Gilda and my wonderful family behind me, I look forward to what's to come.

We started our meal with brussels sprouts as an appetizer that were absolutely delicious. We both had the short rib dinner . The short ribs were delicious and served on a bed of mashed potatoes and roasted vegetables. It truly was an outstanding meal. The chef and his staff were very cordial and tried to meet our every need. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will be sure to go there again.

We went to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. The beetlejuice theme was well done. We also enjoyed the beetlejuice inspired cocktails. Our server was attentive without being overbearing and also helped me get a birthday dessert to our table to surprise my daughter. We all enjoyed our appetizers and meals as well.

We had a fabulous time. Sat outside on the patio from 6 to 8. Heater above and next to the table. No jacket required. We all got sandwiches and everyone loved theirs. Our Server Bella was great. I had the Cab franc and it was very good!!
