We were celebrating our anniversary. Carlos greeted us in the parking lot to welcome us and congratulate us. Our whole experience was wonderful from start to finish. Our server Stephanie was gracious and friendly. We enjoyed every course of our meals. The food was well prepared and presented. When we finished our meal we had a lovely conversation with the couple at the next table and were never pressured to leave even though closing time was approaching. I'd recommend Carlos Bistro to anyone looking for great food in a wonderful atmosphere.
