About the restaurant
Cinnamon Culture is a fine Indian dining restaurant. It is the perfect setting in which to sample contemporary Indian cookery.
Here you’ll taste tantalising homemade chutneys, delve into stunning starters and enjoy the kitchen’s breathtakingly creative plated main dishes, created with one eye on the traditional and another very much on current and up-and-coming trends. Unusually for an Indian restaurant, Cinnamon Culture places much of its focus on its dessert menu, allowing for further inventiveness in twisting together Eastern and Western ideas.

About the restaurant
Utter Waffle - a gem within the South London brunch scene! We opened our Herne Hill restaurant in 2021, and since have become an institution in Herne Hill's small but awesome food scene. Since our launch, we've collected a small cabinet of trophies and awards, and have even cooked our savoury waffles on Masterchef, Sunday Brunch & Saturday Kitchen!
Our busy brunch restaurant serves everything from fried chicken & waffles and our signature avo smash, to bottomless brunch & craft beers. For those with a sweet tooth - fret not as the desserts are pretty good too - (we're even the proud winners of The Best Dessert in the UK (British Street Food Awards)), so there really is something for everyone!
We pride ourselves on a super-inclusive menu and ability to cater for those with dietary requirements; We're co-owned by a coeliac, don't handle any gluten on-site, plus we boast loads of vegetarian and vegan options too! So what are you waiting for!?

We had a really nice brunch at Utter Waffle in Herne Hill yesterday. My daughter is coeliac and so it is always a treat to find somewhere that she can eat where there is no doubt about ingredients and we can all find something delicious on the menu. Highly recommended, with lovely food, friendly staff and a convenient location.

My husband and I visited for lunch before going to a show at the Globe. Just wow! This is a small authentic Italian in a modern setting. The guy who runs it is from Bologna and the service was great. As it was lunch time we opted for the cheese board, olives and bread and it was all amazing. Washed down by a couple of glasses of pinot Grigio and finished with a cannolo to share. If we’d been there in the evening we’d definitely have tried the home made pasta. Would definitely recommend and will return next time we’re in London

Wednesday evening, looked a bit quiet outside but was buzzing inside. Greeted very warmly and my son was wished a Happy Birthday! We were then seated immediately. Table service was timed to perfection. The waiting staff was friendly, engaging and professional. The drinks arrived and I recommend the Miraflors rosé. Absolutely beautiful if you’re having white or red meat. The starters were all amazing but the star was the scallops. My goodness, they were GOOD! Cooked delicately but with beautiful charred flavours surrounding. Husband and son shared a Porterhouse and it was grilled to perfection. Honestly, when they cut it, the layers of pink to brown were exactly how it should be. The chefs know what they’re doing. I had the tuna steak and it was delightful beyond, with a generous serving of celeriac in a dainty dressing on top. Dessert was on point and honestly, I have dined here before on a few occasions and it keeps getting better. This restaurant is a must. Thank you to the team that looked after us and our food.

We had a birthday meal here for 10 people and it was a lovely evening, waiter was nice, food was nice - due to a large table we understand sometimes it is hard but wait time between courses was a little longer than expected. However I would definitely recommend and we will be coming back.

About the restaurant
BRIX is an 8,500 sq ft New York–style warehouse in Bankside, London Bridge. Industrial, raw and London cool!

The restaurant serves bold, fire-based, smoky flavours through small plates and sharing boards, plus the legendary Sunday roast, voted “Best in SE1” by GQ - with live music every Sunday. The kitchen is led by Head Chef Jake Newman, whose cooking blends Texas fire with a British coastal upbringing, creating stripped-back, flavour-driven dishes with smoke, char and salt

Sip a bespoke BRIX cocktail at the bar, or head downstairs to SIXT33N, our basement vinyl and agave bar, where tequila, mezcal and music set the vibe.

With multiple rooms for private hire, BRIX is perfect for events, brand launches, private dining and corporate hire in SE1.

BRIX London Bridge — fire, flavour, music and culture under one roof.

The food was incredible here. We had the padron peppers, mackerel and croquettes for starters. All of them were so full of flavour. We then had the short rib bao bun and burger as the mains… incredible (even the chips were tasty!). We also got all three of the desserts and couldn’t come to a consensus on which was favourite as they were all super tasty (the cheesecake is massive too, in the best way!) The service was so lovely too. Matthew and Nic made sure everything we needed was right there. They were friendly and helpful. Nothing felt rushed and we had a wonderful evening. Would definitely recommend!

Really wonderful experience in a great setting. The Halloween theme was fantastic. The food was really delicious. The presentation really kept with the theme. Service was impeccable- Anelia was attentive and very friendly. This added to the overall experience. The only minor drawback was the specialty drinks menu. It was limited to tequila and whiskey. You were able to order off the bar menu for a separate charge. The dessert portions were huge and very tasty. Will do again next time we are in the market area.
