The Rosebud is a chef-owned and operated restaurant by Eric Valente and his partner, Tam Phan. Together, they bring a contemporary fusion approach to Corktown dining,where seasonal, locally sourced ingredients meet French, Italian, and Asian influences. We love everything about the Chef's House and particularly enjoy taking friends there for the first time. They are always so impressed with the quality of the dishes, the eagerness of the students to give of their best, and the entire dining experience.

Great night. Half-price bottles of wine on Mondays. And amazing ones at that! My friend and I sat at the bar and had a stellar experience. Our bartender and server Johnny was a delight and enhanced our experience at the restaurant. I would not hesitate to go back, especially on a Monday night.
