   The food was to die for (omg the cannoli’s) and the staff were all super friendly and helpful. Only complaint I have is that it was a little bit hot with being downstairs, but the weather is not really in their control. Loved it here definitely give it a go!

    As soon as we arrived not even say down we were asked to order drinks before we could see the menu We felt harassed to rush and order our meals smd rushed to finish. At one point my plate was being taken away before I had finished the meal!!!! Felt rushed to order and felt rushed to finish our meal! Food was excellent

    Unfortunately, we were placed at a table right next to the bar, which seemed a spillover table, with no decorations like at other tables beside us (I heard that lead waiter moving our booking to accommodate a larger table that had come in). We also had the smell of the bar bins, which was unpleasant and were dragged behind us during the meal. Our main issue was a clear discrepancy in the quality of two of our dishes ordered; specifically 2 carbonara dishes, one of which was full of flavour, sauce and seasoning, the other we thought was actually a different dish. Barely cooked spaghetti, little sauce or flavour. We asked if there had been a mistake and the lead waiter/manager reassured us it was the same dish from a different pot. We continued with the dish but eventually returned it as it was so vastly different and flavourless in comparison to the other portion. We were given a replacement carbonara, which was much improved, but felt disappointed in the customer service experience and overall experience at the restaurant. Unlikely we would go back

    Arrived and found it was in the basement of a shop, that felt very small and claustrophobic. Ordered 2 main course penne pasta, that were tiny side portions and 2 drinks . One non alcoholic, and paid over £55 . Walked out feeling totally ripped off. Definitely would not recommend, as I have eaten in much nicer restaurants in Italy and paid less than half that for an exceptional meal .

    Delicious food and a beautiful restaurant with a pleasant ambience and lovely staff. The Aubergine Parmigiana was delicious . My son had the Pasta Poplio N’Duja- pasta with octopus and spicy N’Duja sausage . He had the Torta Chocolate for dessert. He said it was all delicious too. Would highly recommend and will definitely visit again. Thank you for a lovely evening

    Gorgeous and great quality Italian food! We shared the burrata mozzarella with truffle oil and prosciutto and gorgonzola to start with, and had a pasta, a risotto and a pizza for our mains. All three were delicious, although I think the risotto could’ve been more flavourful. All of the staff were lovely!

    Great first impression - walk through a lovely (what I imagine to be a traditional) Italian bakery, then go downstairs to be seated. Attentive staff but not overly 'in your face' - very speedy service both of drinks and to take orders. Food arrived promptly and was yummy! Really nice food, well cooked, great temperature and presented well. Bill was reasonable and fair, I thought. Will certainly be back. Thank you!
