San Lorenzo's Ratings and Reviews
The Coco pop french toast was everything as advertised and more. It was an out of this world taste experience! We used open table to reserve a 10:15 seating for two (they open at 10AM) on a Sunday morning. There were only two other couples there and service was quick and efficient. By the time we left 45 minutes later, the place was full. Music and decor was nice; comfortably ate within the 1hr 15 min limit. Relatively small space. Definitely worth the adventure!
Very good service - thought my drink was a bit weak (ordered a homemade ginger beer) and the waiter sorted it out not a problem. One of our group commented that dinner took approx an hour to arrive and the waiter sent over a round of shots to the table. Very pleasant waiter and excellent service, thank you for looking after us!
I have been to this restaurant previously. I have always found the service excellent. But it was extremely busy last Friday. Seats very close together and very noisy. I also found the a la carte menu overpriced for the quality. The early bird is good value.
Enjoyed a great dinner at San Lorenzo's with friends visiting from London. Service was quick and friendly which was what we wanted as we were on our way to a comedy gig at Vicar Street. Would recommend the restaurant both for a special occasion or a casual meal.
Food was really good. Lovely Brunch Menu
Unfortunately, the service was really slow and the waiters were all over the place... I know it was busy but there is definitely a lack of organisation as the place is not that big. I guess it will be improved soon ;)
will go again in a few months : )
Went here for brunch on Saturday afternoon. The decor of this place is amazing. So cool! Music was good and the atmosphere was great. The restaurant was really busy and if you hadn't reserved a table it was a 40plus minute wait. I did over hear a waiter recommend other restaurants on the street when he had to turn people away, which is nice! The service was super quick. Coffee was amazing and the food was good! Not the best I've had but good! It's reasonably priced and would go back.
Great food, good atmosphere, would highly recommend for brunch. Reasonably priced for the high quality food too!
Only downside was how crammed-in the seats were...there was barely enough room for people to walk up and down the aisle which meant waiting staff didn't pass by as much as they could have. Could do with removing a table or two to create a bit more space.
