With high quality ingredients and laid back casual style, San Lorenzo's is now the hottest restaurant for locals and those visiting Dublin for quality Italian food with a NYC twist. And course our famous brunch, the #brunchofchampions , hailed as the best brunch in Dublin! We believe in seasonal, locally sourced Irish produce where possible. Our pork is single farm Co.Wicklow, our beef is Leinster, Hereford or Angus cross breed, our lamb is Co. Kildare Curragh grass fed, our chickens are barnyard humanly reared and our fish and seafood is sustainable and mostly from our Irish Coastal waters. We make all our own pastas, breads and all our desserts and ice creams. Virtually everything is made in house. Better be hungry when you go here. Great to see decent sized brunch portions. Crab cakes were a winner! Went for brunch at 2pm on a Sunday - was just starting to get a bit quieter so ideal time!

Went for brunch with a friend, we were left waiting a few minutes for our table (which we didn’t mind) but the staff were so nice and apologetic and after we were seated they gave us two glasses of prosecco as an apology which was lovely. The waitresses were so friendly and chatty which lent to the overall friendly and relaxed environment. The food was amazing (I’d recommend the coco pops French toast), great portions and the coffee was really good. Definitely going back for brunch again and will be recommending to friends

First time visiting & the food was lovely & service great - they got our starter order wrong and offered us a dessert to make up for it which was a really nice gesture

Fantastic spot. We had a brilliant Monday brunch at it was a bank holiday. The staff were attentive and so friendly. Even though the place was packed, there was no long wait or massive delay in waiting for our food.

Would highly recommend this restaurant . Steak was amazing and so were the potatoes done in duck fat - the best ever ! Had requested a good table when booking & also had mentioned it was my daughters birthday - they remembered both - great service

My friends and I decided to come here for our last dinner in Ireland before heading back to the US because we heard such great things about it. Our reservation was ~15 minutes delayed which was no problem, but the manager gave us a round of drinks on the house to apologize which was unexpected and so nice. Our food was so fantastic and the restaurant itself has a friendly and fun atmosphere. A little loud but in a good way, everyone was clearly having a great time. My main course arrived different than how it was described on the menu but because I have a food allergy I had to send it back, within 10 minutes the chef had prepared it as described, and it was taken off of our check. Overall it was a delicious meal and a great end to our experience in Ireland. Definitely would recommend!

Food was fine but nothing special. I asked for scrambled egg instead of fried and was told the kitchen was “too busy to scramble eggs”. Have been for dinner and really enjoyed it but brunch was disappointing overall.

Food was absolutely divine, the big treat being the Nutella cheesecake -amazing. fantastic selection of drinks, service was impeccable only slight thing is its a little small inside so can be slightly cramped when busy but it doesn’t let the food or service down at all. Will definitely return!

The food is very good and the service was indeed outstanding. Overall, I liked San Lorenzo's and might come back with a group of friends someday. I wouldn't recommend it for a date/anniversary since it was very noisy thus not exactly suitable for a romantic occasion. I went on a friday evening so maybe it'll be less busy if you go in any another weekday. Do try the cheesecake cause it was out of this world!

Was visiting Dublin (from London) for a long weekend and had read rave reviews of San Lorenzo's brunch, so decided to give it a try. Food was good, a little bit salty and heavy for my taste but still enjoyed. The service was wonderful, really lovely staff.

It was my third anniversary with our girlfriend so I took her to the restaurant where I first asked her out . The staff were really accommodating in sorting us with a window table for the day and the food was as usual amazing . I found a new type of gin I never would have found before and the cocktails were honestly amazing . Can't wait to go back again

The service was absolutely dreadful. It took an hour to serve us our starters, we had to ask a different waiter to take our drink orders because our waitress didn’t tend to the table and we had to eventually pay at the bar because after 15 minutes the waitress still hadn’t come back to the table having given us the bill. The food is nice but over-priced.

Everything was great, food, cocktails and service. I had the pork belly hash and it was to die for, still dreaming of it! The place is just slightly to loud to have a convo, I work in a busy city center restaurant so i know this is a regular complaint that you get and mayb you think its just the oldie's who don't enjoy the loud music but I'm 26 and found it slightly too loud. Just turn it down a bit pleease :)

Service and front of house were very very slow, so meals arrived out of sync with drinks and waiters seemed to be assigned to tables so would not look around to other tables where people needed attention. Food was pretty good but let down by service difficulties. It was a typical Saturday night in summer so full but not packed, plenty of staff on but just not working efficiently.

Nice atmospheric spot but service let's this place down. Was here for an early bird, the place was empty and it still took them almost 10 minutes to seat us, despite having a booking.
Early bird food options are great, although the supplement for the cheesecake dessert is a little bit much? Fair enough having a supplement on the steak for the mains but when did a slice of cake start to cost extra? Also took 27 minutes from the time of ordering dessert for it to arrive at the table. Cheesecake is absolutely fabulous here though so worth ordering.

The food was awful - 3 out of 4 dishes were very poor. Sardines were on soggy bread, swordfish was hard. Asked for fries and was given potato cubes and told that how you do fries. Gambas were good, rigatoni with sausage wasn't edible as sauce and sausage were near burnt. Service was so so, under staffed I would say. For prices paid, this was not value. Also, our 2 person table was too close to the tables beside us where their/our conversations were within earshot of each other. V disappointed as we chose this place for a special occasion.

Have heard great for brunch so tried for dinner. Staff were friendly but not attentive, drinks and starter orders took a long time to come. Had sardine bruschetta and hake gnocchi. Food was very ordinary and not very appetising. Big portions but too expensive for a overcoooked food. Bathroom view of kitchen was very cool.
