The culinary team, led by Executive Chef Kyle Patterson, looks to take familiar dishes and make you fall in love with them all over again through his innovative and inspired approach to cooking. Chef Kyle's team takes a fresh look at what classic Americana should be, and the result is a diverse and timeless menu.

Sinema's cocktail program celebrates over 150 years of craft libations and includes a rare whiskey program with over 100 selections, thoughtfully selected wines and craft beers.

Our space features two levels of dining space, including a bar and private dining areas. The grand lobby, including the curved staircase, have been restored and complemented by exposed brick walls, cozy velvet tufted booths, and legendary music photography by Robert Knight and Mary Ann Bilham.

    I came to Sinema for my birthday brunch and it was amazing as usual. There were only a couple of times we couldn't find out waitress but other than that she was attentive and took excellent care of us.

    We had a great time celebrating our daughter’s graduation here. From the hosts to the servers everything was top notch. Our waiter was very knowledgeable and helpful choosing our wine. Highly recommend this place!

    Been to Sinema multiple times for Mother’s Day brunch. Food was very good and we had a nice time. Service doesn’t seem to be quite what it was anywhere past Covid.

    Beautiful Restaurant, really good service. I tried the tasting menu & it was 50/50. Course 1 and 3 were mediocre (salad and scallop) course 2 and 4 were really good. The shortrib was excellent but the carrots were raw, so it was hard to eat, I couldn’t cut them. Overall for $75 it was fun but not really worth the value. My friend had the chicken and it was just roasted chicken on a pile of fingerling potatoes. We were kind of shocked that for $36 chicken entree there was no veggie or sauce. The restaurant was trying to accommodate her dairy free request so it’s likely that jeopardized the integrity of the dish. The desserts were great and the cocktails were by far the best cocktail I have ever had in my life. It’s worth it to just come for drinks and apps bc the drinks are absolutely incredible. Our service was the best and we would come again I just wouldn’t do the tasting menu!

    Ambiance is so cool! I did not love my steak (more of a Ribeye girl, I guess) It was a filet. But I did like my dates meal so I’ll be back to try other things!

    Look no further for Brunch!! Their bottomless brunch was to die for! You get to try everything on the menu AND can reorder anything you want!! The food was absolutely delicious!! They also have the bottomless mimosas and Bloody Mary bar !!! This is a must try if you're a brunch connoisseur!!

    Very unique dining experience in this converted movie theater! Lots of seating style options and bars throughout the venue. Food is fantastic, fresh and deliciously flavorful and all dishes are completely house made. 100% totally impressed and will return very soon!

    It was a great experience, best cocktail experience, I tried the the Island Boy and it was unique with bourbon and the black pepper gave it great flavor. Our server was a pleasure with good timing on the amount of conversation. I will be back!

    I took my family to brunch. We tried everything on the menu. Everything was delicious! Hot, fresh and served quickly. Service was friendly and knowledgeable. This was my second visit and second time having brunch. We’ll try dinner next time.
