Dural Restaurants

Very good customer service. We had booked a 6 place table and a 4 place table. I had requested the tables were close to each other. When we arrived at 5.15 there were a few people finishing up on our 6 table and we sat at the 4 table which was near the back open air, quite a way from the 6 table. The people left who were at our 6 table as we had booked for 6pm. I asked the waitress could we possibly have the extra 4 table that was attached t9 our 6 table and she said to ask the man who was in charge of seating. I did this and he was more than happy for us to get our request. He als9 cleaned the tables for us, took our order at the cash registers and served our meals. What a great young man. We were very impressed and grateful. We had an enjoyable meal and drinks and stayed for the ham raffles as we do every year with our family. We have been coming for at least 15 years. Thank you and we will be back next week.

Great food great service friendly people. Only 1 gripe, the portion size of the main course is very small. Almost entree size. Other than that a very pleasant evening

I’ve been to Heritage House several times and the food does not disappoint, ever. It does get a fair bit noisy when the restaurant is full, maybe the tables could do with a bit more spacing, but that’s just my preference. Also the service staff and crew do get overwhelmed when huge crowds show up, but they are excellent as always, attentive and friendly. Amazing place, amazing people and amazing food!

Great quiet place, the food was great. My children ate all their meal. Beer was nice and cold.

Food was packed with flavour and very healthy so win/win! Service was good and there was a great menu and a great selection of products on offer to purchase
