New Mexico Restaurants

Best meal we had in Santa Fe, by far. Flavors were layered and complex. We had the green goddess salad, conchinita pibil, catalan stew, and the pinon ice cream. Everything was absolutely delicious!

The best dining experience we’ve had in a long time in Santa Fe. The food was an extraordinary gastronomic experience. Incredibly creative, innovative and delicious. The ambiance was lovely and our server was warm, friendly and very knowledgeable. The staff in general were warm and friendly which is rare these days.

This was by far the best meal I have had since moving to New Mexico! The service is impeccable and food beyond delicious.

From start to finish, everything was just perfect. My wife and I spent the night at Ojo Santa Fe and dined at the Blue Heron. Not quiet and stuffy, but not overly loud like many restaurants. We started with the Ojo poblano fries, then for the entree my wife had the wagyu green chile burger with truffle fries, and I had the Bison shirt ribs. The food was amazing, the server was perfectly attentive, and the view of the resort was just tops. We'll definitely be going back.
