Amazing first time experience the food amazing the venue so clean and inviting the staff were lovely Becks in particular did her role very well and all were so cheerful and skilled we will def all be back 😀

A huge thank you to Megan for being so welcoming on my birthday meal yesterday! She had such a warm smile and seemed genuinely happy in her work, making conversation with us each time she came to the table. Unfortunately I was driving so wasn’t able to enjoy any of your cocktails last night, but I can’t wait to come back soon so that I can! Thank you so much for the candle in my dessert too - what a lovely touch!

Good and diverse menu, fairly authentic Italian food, definitely freshly prepared and cooked. Our waiter was very attentive, kind and definitely on the ball - a pleasure to be served by him. The noise level was slightly problematic as 3 out of 5 in our party wear hearing aids - an echo-y environment combined with slightly too loud music made conversation anything but easy. Search for discount codes online for Carluccio’s - there are usually 1 or 2 available which are worth using.
