Great welcome and service . Absolutely delicious food . Highly recommend .

Food and restaurant was wonderful, great value for money, we were asked what drinks we wanted and we chose the drinks from the kids meal deal as we had 2 children with us and two other drinks for ourselves, when the bill came we were overcharged as both drinks for the kids were added on and not included as the meal deal, the waitress was not willing to accept this at first and was very defensive until I showed her the exact drinks on the deal, she eventually took off the drinks, this was the only issue we had.

The staff was wonderful. We had a grandma who needed the elevator and our table was on the second floor. The hostess walked her to the elevator and made sure she was seated comfortably. Our server was hilarious and so friendly. We hadn't been upstairs in the pizza/prosecco lounge before and its our new favourite room. They turned up the music about an hour in an it did get a little too loud, but that was the only downside!

The usual quality but surprised some of the signature Menu items were not available so early in the evening. When I go to a restaurant I expect all menu items to be available.

Full vegetarian menu and vegan options as well. Food was superb. I have recommended to my sister when she visits and hope to be back myself.
