Another lovely meal in here. Group of 6 and we all throughly enjoyed each dish. 2 people shared a set menu and the rest ordered their own. The owner really takes the time to explain the dishes and you can see she is clearly very passionate about her food and her home country. We were seated by the door so every time someone opened it, it got cold (it was a very cold night). Obviously beyond their control and certainly not a complaint but if you feel the cold, take a scarf or something or ask to be seated away from the door. Already looking forward to going back - always have great food and great service in there!

A lovely evening; log fire, good service, good size potions, food good British food from pork belly to fish and chips. Cocktails spot on!!

Absolutely delicious food, impeccable service and allergy aware staff. Best meal I've had in a long time.

The menu is quite varied and does not pretend to be other than an offering from a well-run pub. The bar was well populated when we arrived, and at 6pm the restaurant staff were putting the finishing touches to the tables booked - several quite large parties expected. We each had a single platter from the menu, plus a glass of bitter, enjoying a hearty meal.
