Great steaks! Try the 3 medallions, with different sauces-amazing! Server was attentive and professional. Nice experience. Diverse crowd, as it's attached to the Towson Mall, you have people dressed nicely, then others who are in jean cut offs and tshirts. Not as upscale as I thought it would be. But good dinner, prices are a wee bit high if you ask me.

I made last minute reservations near where I was shopping. I have always considered trying this restaurant and it was the perfect time. We were warmly greeted and seated right after we checked in. The server introduced himself and made a suggestion from the menu which was a great choice. Both entrees we ordered were perfectly cooked. My steak was the best I have had in a long time. My husband also liked his dinner. The portions were plentiful, enough to take home. I can't believe it took me so long to try this restaurant but I am already planning another visit.

Good food and nice, friendly service. It was not very crowded and easy to access because of the parking garage. Overall, it was a nice experience and will return again.

I was so disappointed. They changed the menu and took off the two things that specifically go there for - the horseradish encrusted tenderloin and the burgundy mushrooms. We also didn’t get bread. Not sure if that changed as well. The blue cheese encrusted tenderloin took the horseradish’s place and was not near as flavorful

While we would recommend Stoney River we had a major disappointment. This was a special occasion-a birthday. We had indicated this to Open Table and in fact our reservation card at the restaurant had “Birthday” printed on the card. Unfortunately there was nothing said or done by the restaurant to acknowledge the birthday. We were very disappointed.

I had a date night here. The ambience of the restaurant is intimate however it was way too cold. We elected to sit outside. However the outside atmosphere lacked the same intimate feeling. The food however was delicious and the service was wonderful. Next time we will definitely bring a coat as to enjoy the intimate feeling that the inside of the restaurant offered.
