Good night, food was good. I like the way the menu was designed, some very thoughtful dishes. A couple of dishes were under seasoned. The 'Tuscan Black Cabbage Slaw' was a really boring dish, baby cavolo leaves with julienne of carrot and squeeze of lemon juice is pretty underwhelming, thought it would be more of a South Carolina style slaw. Crab Raviolo was a good dish, fennel nage was good, lacked a bit of seasoning, could have used some fennel tops to finish, crab lacked a bit of seasoning and citrus too but overall a nice dish. Cured ocean trout was a well put together dish, seasoned well and garnished well, could have been sliced a little thinner so it was a bit more 'fine bouche'. Will definitely be back, ambience was cool and super friendly service staff. Hopefully a few more french drops on the wine menu next time ! A plus ! More
