Small but pleasant, simple decor. Corner location with plenty of windows. Upstairs & downstairs dining - ate downstairs.
A very manageable and not overly expansive menu comprising French classics as well a number of unique offerings and daily specials.
Appetizers: escargots & mushroom soup. Simple, traditional dishes but perfectly prepared.
Entrees: Branzino w/ verge sauce & vegetables; Risotto with scallops, mushrooms & kale. Both were outstanding, perfectly cooked and seasoned. Flavors struck a perfect balance - not too subtle and delicate but nuanced and bold enough without being overwhelming.
Dessert: profiterole. A generous serving of 3 profiteroles with ice cream and an excellent chocolate sauce that was just sweet enough. Couldn't help but eat it all.
Overall, a wonderful fine dining experience with everything one would expect of good French cuisine.
More than reasonably priced. Small but smartly curated wine list varying from moderate to expensive.
Will definitely return and recommend highly.
