First time sitting at the bar and we loved it. Service at the bar was our waitress was one of the best we have had in the city - exceptional. Food and cocktails were fabulous. Our waitress was attentive, genuine and helpful. Manager was as exceptional. It's these moments that make me want to return to this gem every time. Thank you for a great evening. Highly recommend every time.

15th wedding anniversary and the staff made us feel special from the moment we walked in. The chef’s tasting menu and wine pairings were excellent. Special thanks to our waiter Ethan who made the evening fun. We can’t wait for our next trip to Calgary!

We were out with my elderly parents and the servers were very warm and friendly and dealt with my dad's eccentricities with class. The charcuterie board had nice variety and was full value. Mains were flavourful and portioned appropriately. There was a bit of a gap between appetizer and mains but the servers explained in advance that they had a very large party in that evening and we may experience a delay. It was a lovely evening and my folks really enjoyed themselves!

It is a beautiful ambiance but the food is lacking flavour and is not worth the price tag. Both of our meals tasted stale. The portions are quite small. Our server 20 minutes after we got our food asked us if we were done. Felt a bit rushed and could not enjoy the ambiance. I had high hopes but was let down.

I took my wife here for our 5th wedding anniversary. From the moment we arrived every staff member who served us made our day feel extra special. The ambiance of the restaurant was perfect. As for the food I was pleasantly surprised by the portions, and the taste and quality of the food was second to none. We will be back again

Second time I’ve been here. Did the tasting menu both times, love the experience. The first few courses were amazing although the lamb was lacking. Our server was lovely and I will be back again.

Gemini birthday for three girlfriends. We ate the Express Lunch- 3 courses for $39. It was incredible food, Taylor was a fantastic waiter and we couldn’t have had a better time. Even my purse had its own chair. So awesome.

I thought the service and the food were very good. Attentive and savory food. I thought the portions were a bit odd, I had the pork and scallops. Pork was outstanding but the scallops were uninspiring (only 2, small ones and plain). Ambiance was great and I would expect dishes be on par as the pork in the future.

The food was ok, nothing impressive, but the service was terrible. They basically forgot our table after brining the wine, they took the order late, brought the bread an hour before we arrive, we even wait a lot of time for the bill. We were really disappointed and I don’t think we will be back.

We were originally sat at a table in a corner by fire hose. My bf asked to be sat else where they said there was no room. I could see more table space so I asked again and they moved us. The remainder of the evening was delightful!

Teatro never disappoints! The food is creative, delicious and the chefs are accommodating to my dietary restrictions. The service is impeccable with attention to the smallest details like a perch for my handbag and a time check for my theatre tickets. And the historic building provides a gorgeous environment to relax and drink in the beauty of the experience. All without the slightest pretention.

Service was tops. Very attentive, professional, and went up and above recognizing my son is left handed sand adjusting plate setting accordingly and refolding cloths after leaving for the rest room. Water was kept topped up and waiter was always available. Outstanding service. Of the many visits experiencing the tasting menu, this one seemed to be the most budget conscious. It was very apparent that talent was put in making alot of flavour out of inexpensive sample sizes and ingredients. I felt the dessert was lacking and the dessert wine pairing missed the mark. The sherry was abrasive and didn't capitalize on the ice cream in a positive way. I felt it was a lazy attempt at a dessert. A small scoop with nuts is hard to pull off as a course. I got more out of the apple ginger Rosemerry palate cleanser. However, the lamb war above the mark and the wine pairing was stellar. That course and the ravioli were the best by a long shot. I really wish bread was available throughout all of the courses to soak up the remaining sauces and enjoy all of the courses fully. I love the creativity of the menu and everything was fine well, just seemed a little lacking to previous visits, speaking about the food specifically. We would love to return for the summer tasting menu!

We came for dinner as a group of 4 for our graduation dinner, and the experience was amazing! We all agree that it was so much better than going to the dinner that our school hosted. Our waiter was super nice and accommodating, and he was so patient while explaining all of our food choices to us. The food was also amazing, we all got pastas and they were just SO GOOD. Overall, such a memorable dinner! 10/10 would recommend!
