Great location ….viewing Lake George. Our meals were solid not exceptional . This restaurant provides a great experience because of its beautiful location and terrific service.

We enjoyed our dinner and found the experience to be superior to other restaurants in the area. The staff were very friendly and we were accommodated with a table that was quieter with a view. The lake view was stunning. The food was solidly good but not exceptional and better than most in a town not really known for fine dining. I would happily return if back in the area.

We had a great evening at the Boathouse Restaurant. The food was delicious. Our server was excellent and the atmosphere was picturesque and relaxing! Thank you for a wonderful evening!

Service is SLOWWW! It doesn't matter if you have a reservation or not, you will have to wait 30+ min for a table, and this is for 3 pm on Sunday. This place need to hire more staffs. Their servers seem very busy. Nice location, food is surpar, service can be improved.

We were lucky enough to get a seat in the gazebo and it was just stunning views. Service was quite slow but expected on a holiday weekend. Food was excellent! Highly recommend stuffed sole!

We had the best seat in the house! We were right by the water and it was gorgeous. We had the best service. The food was good. Everybody enjoyed their meal. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.

We have been coming to the Boathouse for many years and wanted to introduce it to a friend this year. We booked reservations more than a week out requesting the outdoor gazebo area and didn’t get it. When I asked the hostess why since we booked over a week out, she gave me a snarky attitude and said that people book that months in advance. Ok, fine but I don’t need the attitude because I didn’t give one. For food, it was just okay. My daughter and I ordered the Chicken Sierra and the chicken was extremely dry. We couldn’t eat it. My wife ordered a shrimp dish and loved it though. Sadly, it’s not the same experience that we used to enjoy.
